Michael responded to my inquiry promptly and was so kind and professional. He gave his condolences for my loss, related to what I was going through, and took all the stress and anxiety off my shoulders by booking the bounce house that fit my needs and offered to help with anything else we might need. They offered to drop the house off a whole day early and to pick it up a day later than it was paid for. It was so much fun for my 5 year old to get to enjoy the bounce house for all that extra time at no extra expense or effort to us. The house that arrived looked brand new! And was perfectly clean. No dust, no patches. Bright and vibrant! Seriously it was the nicest and newest bounce house I have seen!
