I learned a lot from the vendors who were selling some of their gear. The studio itself is in a great location with plenty of space to park right in front. It's a very manageable space with a good amount of room to work with if you're looking for a studio to rent. Besides the main studio, there is a restroom, smaller room that could be used as a prep room, and a conference/kitchenette room with a full-sized fridge and drink bar.
