The $349, 40 foot obstacle course is what I paid for, the little Bounce House with the slide is what I got in the pictures below. Although the red one looks cool, which is the one I got is not the one I paid for and it was not big enough for our party. Rebecca did nothing to rectify it. She was literally passive aggressive and just continuing to send me the same copy and paste message. I chose to disengage from the conversation at that point because dealing with someone at that level is not how I wanted to spend a Monday morning. Please don't rent from here. They will jip you and send you the wrong items.

We had an inconvenience with the slide as it kept detaching due to a mishap in the installation process. I called Frank and without hesitation and understanding he drove to my home replaced the slide for different one... Please remember this was on a Sunday most businesses will make you figure this out for yourself or blame you for this error. For the inconvenience he added an extras and props which made our family's event even better.. They wrapped everything really well with big canvas covers and they were very quick and professional. They showed up on time and was very efficient. I highly recommend them for any of your moves. I was worried because it was one of the cheapest quotes that I got. Every other place I inquired was charging for a 3hr minimum. And these guys just charged for the job which was quite convenient and cheaper.
