At the time of payment, the credit card authorization failed. After the fact, a few hours later, i learned it was due to a problem with the contactless payment. I obvisouly had money in my bank account ! The cashier was rude with me. There was no possibility to try again, inserting the card and typing the code. She gave me a nasty look, expressing contempt for me, telling me "no money, no money". No hello, no goodbye, no politness and respect ! No need to ask for a cordial smile. I was considered a piece of s**t. Tourists deserve as much respect and consideration as Czechs.

I really liked a light blue winter coat but the other location didn't have small sizes. They said they can't see in other locations what their inventory is. That was a bit inconvenient but nonetheless I didn't give up and found it in this location after visiting one other Marks & Spencer location. This one is located in the Palladium shopping center and is slightly larger in size compared to the other two locations I went to. Happy shopping.~

They have alot of their own products, so alot less commercial brands. With that, you find interesting choices in things like jams, nut butters, chips, yogurts, chocolate, tomato sauces, etc. It's always an experience when you shop at M&S, and for an American, it's cool learning about a few British items or at least the different names they use of items I'm used to. There are good prepared meals here and there is a cafe to dine in as well.
