Soon after we have it set up and running in the bedroom excitement quickly turns to disappointment . Dealbreakers include a strangely small soundstage , stereo only ( ! ) and a serious lack of bass . I know i know it's their most compact and affordable i.e. entry-level soundbar but simply put it just doesn't even come close to the performance of their other products . In fact even the Sonos One sounds better than this so-called " budget " model . But thanks to BB's no fuss in-store return policy at least we don't have to worry about shipping it back or anything . I took a look at the photo and compared it against the requirement, and the photo clearly matches the wrong photo example where the head is too big. The person took my photo also got defensive when I emailed him, saying that it was something wrong the upload and I should just mail the DVD with the wrong photo to embassy because once they have DVD it will be fine. I asked about an item from the website and the guy set me up for store pickup. Everything went mostly without a hitch. I was in and out in minutes. Pricing is decent too. The store itself doesn't have too much on display. This place is no Best Buy. It's definitely geared towards enthusiasts who know exactly what they want before showing up. The website seems pretty up to date. To be honest it reminds me of NCIX before they went on their massive expansion binge. The only downside is that they're only open during business hours. Anyone who works a regular day job won't be able to make it here. Definitely will be back at some point.

I brought it back and when I tried to return it, they spent hours and scoured through every hard drive in the computer because they wanted to prove I downloaded a virus causing it to blue screen. The best they could come up with was my own printer driver. They let me return the defective computer but wouldn't budge on the $400 software I had to buy - no returns, that's the policy. They were VERY rude and unprofessional to me, laughing at me and muttering under their breath. I am quite certain it's because I am a young female who walked in on my own. Awful, awful customer service. Thanks for turning me into a MacBook user! Shame on you, especially the owner, for selling defective computers and having the audacity to shame/guilt your customer when they return it. On Tuesday, May 5 tear We brought it our watch to buy or exchange for a new strap that would fit my daughters wrist. We were told this is not possible and that we had to purchase a new watch. we had the watch with us and the associate inspected the watch and told us that we can return the current one for a full refund. so we did just this. We arrived the next day and we were told that the cosmetic scratches on the already inspected watch is not returnable but that with a purchase of apple care, they can replace the wrist strap. I was surprised that this option was not provided to us from the start! 2 days, 1 store and completely different policies and procedures. Manager took no accountability for the lack of competence with his team. This could have been resolved with 1 visit which has now turned into 3 visits. My experience at this location has been terrible. Each visit they were quick to suggest options that required us to spend extra money. I guess this helped their sales quota.
