After a few months working with her I have a daily routine that's doable even on a busy schedule, and helps a ton to decrease the amount of pain I'm in on a daily basis. She really knows her stuff, and is great at communicating, teaching, and being flexible to a changing situation. Laura works with you as an individual and tailors the treatment to your specific needs. She's also been wonderful about respecting pronouns and has taken into account the specific needs of my body as someone who is on HRT and uses a binder. I cannot recommend going here enough, especially if you're new to or nervous about physical therapy.
