Except I knew exactly where she bought the flowers from ahead of time. So, I called and asked Flora Fresh where the flowers were shipped from. They were from South America, where they weren't having a drought. You would think that a Florist who has been in business for about 10 years would know what a good quality flower looks like. The ones on her website, didn't resemble anything close to the quality we were expecting. I would of hoped she would of contacted me sooner and told me the flowers she had from the "bad drought" were not good quality and if I would like anything different. She did not! I emailed her a few days after the wedding and told her I was dissatisfied with my service and quality of flowers. She told me she would reimburse me for the delivery fee and try and contact the Floral Supply. I then emailed and called her twice the very next week to see if she had heard anything and that I would also like a partial refund. She NEVER returned any of my other emails or phone calls. She avoided me! I would NOT recommend her at all, even to my worst enemy! She is unreliable and VERY unprofessional.
