NEVER AGAIN. My wife and I had been here 2-3 times and had great foot massages. We came back today and despite having appointments they don't seat is next to one another, which wasn't ideal but fine. I'm in the bed directly next to the thin door to the lobby, seperated by a folding barrier. Meanwhile, my wife is across from me next to the wall to the office. Both of us endure several loud conversations between the people up front and customers inquiring about their services as there is no sound proofing whatsoever. In addition to all that, my wife's neighbor, instead of me, is a very loudly snoring man. Not being able to relax at all, my wife asks if she can move to another bed away from the office and the snorer. They continue not to make any effort to quiet the man. Eventually they move her to a body massage room and continue. Not soon after, my massage is done and they give me my glasses and my wife's glasses so that she can't see when she finished a few minutes later and I have no idea where she is either. Additionally, after my wife is moved her new neighbor's cell phone goes off several times without anyone making an effort to have her silence the device. We enter the lobby and the man running the place is glaring at me and sighing as if he is frustrated with us. After he glares at me without anyone saying anything - such as "sorry about that," I finally ask how much it is and he proceeds to charge us the full price, despite my wife and I not having a relaxing experience to say the least and my wife not getting the full massage. They have absolutely lost out business. This was not the relaxing experience we were looking for in order to decompress after the prior day's family funeral. read more

Best massage today by Cindy! I've been here 50+ times with my friends & family... if you like a really technical, detailed & vigorous massage this is the place. Though you can ask for something more soft. Cindy (and others) will get on the table to knead those knots out! Every time I go I wonder "Umm why haven't I come here more often??" It's a no nonsense, very casual place... you're separated by curtains (fully enclosed if you get a body massage) and there are usually about 8+ people next to each other & 1 separate room for body work. Make an appointment because they can be busy. And get the frequent massage card: 1 free for 10. I'm a member at a closeby spa that's more $$$ & fancy, but Song's massages are so much better & for a much better rate. $40/1hr is unreal!! Yes the place is not fancy and the bathroom is pretty gross & smells like incense, but everyone there does the best foot reflex & bodywork in Long Island. They crank people out. People like me walk out in a daze :P Most other places are shady and just dissatisfying. I get angry when I pay for a crappy massage! Then get yummy thai (Sri Thai) or portuguese (Fado) food across the street. Or anywhere else in Huntington Village. There's on street parking & a parking lot next door. read more

My boyfriend and I just got massages here and it was really great. We walked in with no appointment and they were able to accommodate us. We both got an hour long body massage and half hour foot massage. This was only $54 each. They brought us to a private area with a curtain we were able to pull back for a couples massage which was really nice. The massage was amazing and you really can't beat the price. I've paid more than double the price for half the service at other massage places. We will definitely be coming back. read more

Great massage!! The staff were very nice, and the massage was incredible. I did a 1 hour foot for just $28! What a bargain! When I paid, I thought it would be just a foot massage. They also did your scalp, arms/hands, back, neck, shoulders, and they put your feet in a nice hot tub for the to soak in. That just made it better. It gave me a good 45 minute nap with it too. The only complaint was that there is a waxing room next to the massage room, and the people screaming from getting waxed, kind of startles you a little bit. I've been going here regularly for about 2 years now, and I have very few complaints. I've only ever gotten body massages, so I can't opine on their foot massages, but the body massages are great. They offer a hot stone combo with any massage if you ask for it, and they almost always have availability. For people who are used to rooms, they only have one. All of the beds are divided by curtains, so sometimes you can hear the people next to you. But the massage tables are comfortable, and the music is just loud enough that it drowns some of the other sounds out. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is that there is some inconsistency in the skill of their masseuses. A couple of them did not adequately address my requests. This problem is exacerbated by their turnover, which seems very high. That being said, there are very good masseuses here, so stick with one you like. The price here is also much less than you'll pay at other spas, so make sure to leave a bit extra for tip. read more

This was our second visit. We walked in and asked for two 60- minute foot massages, but they only had 45-minutes available. The woman who took care of me, Magic, was wonderful. Based on reviews and location I decided to give this reflexology spa a try and I was not disappointed! The young man who made the appointment was friendly and accommodating and the young woman who performed the one full hour of massage (it's the foot reflexology service but truthfully, she massaged head, neck, hands....phenomenal service!) seemed like she was trying to make sure I came back, and it worked!! I don't understand all of these five-star reviews (unless they're fake). The place is dirty, smells terrible (sorry, guys, but all the incense in the world will not mask the smell of that pile of wet, dirty mops in the corner), and there's a man there - who seems to be the owner - who takes rudeness to a whole new level. He mistreats his staff AND his customers. Seriously? The women doing the work are sweet, and try very hard to make you feel wonderful. There's nothing wrong with the staff. But that man makes them miserable, and if you are unlucky enough to be in the shop when he's there, he will make you feel miserable too. And as for "reflexology", I saw no evidence of anything that significant or formal. To me "reflexology" is something you need to be trained in, and requires actual skill. Great serene place. Attentive spa attendants. 70 minute massage for 50$. Although it was filled with people i did not have to wait. I made an appt. in advance and immediately was taken to my massage table. Woman did not know much english but the manager did. She made sure to tell the therapist exactly what i needed. I bought a bunch of gift certificates for my husband. He used them in time except two when the expiration date came near. He asked if he can come back after the date, and was told yes, by a man (I'm sure he was not the owner). He went back and was able to use one. Then soon after, went back to use the last one. He was told no, he can't use it, it's after the expiration date. He reminded them that he was told it's ok, but was firmly told no way. When I called to ask what's the deal, I was told that it's absolutely not going to be honored, nor partially credited for any service and if his expired gift certificate was honored, it was a mistake and the owner took it off the masseuse's paycheck. He said the owner doesn't care, period. I heard the service was good, but with an owner like that, I will not be supporting his/her business, period. It's abusive to the employees! read more

I got a full body massage and it turned out to be not as good as i thought. it started with my shoulders when the man who's name i don't know went way too deep to the point that i had to pull away. this happened throughout the hour and a half i was there and i asked several times to please stop pushing so hard because it was more hard reflex and hard deep tissue which i don't like and he did not stop. very very painful massage and 7 hours later i'm still in terrible pain all over my body. really disappointing. read more

Quiet,clean reflexology with low lights and soothing music. So good that I fall asleep. You can ask for lighter or harder massage- that's all you need to say! We've tried other foot spas on Long Island and throughout the US, and they pale in comparison or are really bad. I had made an appointment for my mother and she had an okay experience. The people were super friendly but the beds were uncomfortable and my mom said the massage was too hard for her. I discovered foot massages on Long Island about six years ago. It's a great way to relax and release stress. There are many foot massage places that I have tried and liked. I found songs foot spa several years ago and even though it was not close to where I live , it became my go to place for both foot massages and body massages. I have found the staff to be really nice people and I enjoy speaking to them. They are always professional, helpful and accommodating. I play basketball and occasionally I need a specific area worked on, like my calfs would sometimes get very tight. They are great at working out the kinks and knots. Generally very punctual when I make an appointment and it is rare that you have to wait more than a minute or 2. Overall a wonderful, clean place, good atmosphere and great massages given by an experienced staff. read more

I love this place and go often. The only reason that I don't give it a 5th star is because pretty much every time I am there someone falls asleep and snores like a chainsaw and I just can't relax. I get why they don't but I really wish the workers would gently wake up the people who snore loudly or supply ear plugs to the rest of us. That aside the foot massages are amazing. read more

love this place! although it may seem a little nondescript from the outside it is always a wonderful experience inside. very clean and very professional and so reasonably priced. once inside, if you get a foot massage you are directed to a super comfortable recliner and soak your feet in water while you get your arms and head massaged.
