Not the best massage place, it was due to the miss communication & lack of clarity that made the experience iffy. My husband called to make an appointment and was told to walk in; the next day he called to ask what time he should come in and they said to come at 5pm. We were shocked because she hung up without making an appointment or even writing down his name or number. I went ahead and called myself to see if there was something available earlier. I called and was told that there was no appointments available because it was too busy. When we came in at 5pm, we were surcharged an extra $4 each person, what for? I'm not really sure to be honest. The massage itself was 7/10 for me! However, my husband was in pain after the massage and felt like it was too much/no movement just pushing down. The next day he was very sore. My massage could have used a little more oil and it felt like it was too dry, rubbing against my skin. The ladies were very nice, but wish it was a little more comfortable. When one person would come in the store the doorbell would ring and the massage lady would leave in the middle of the massage; felt rushed too as they both kept looking at the clock for time to be up. They also consistently talked while the massage 60% of the time so I felt like they were definitely judging. I don't think I'll be back, glad I got to try it though. read more

My daughter and I decided to do a mother and daughter body massage today at Seven Day Foot Spa. There were some good points to the massage but there was plenty of room for improvement. To start, communication was not clear; Times and concerning areas that may have needed a little more TLC we're not discussed. No questions asked or paperwork was filled out inquiring of such. We were directed into a double (room #9) at the end of the hall, which seemed pleasant enough. The music was relaxing but there were no relaxing smells at all. A eucalyptus scent would have been nice, my daughter said there was a candle burning, but I couldn't smell it on my side of the room but I didn't smell it. The bolster had a slight smell to it and I had to ask them to wipe it. The upside is the masseuse did a decent job. Although the type of massage we were getting was not discussed it resembled a combination of a deep tissue with a hot stone ending. They concentrated on a face down, massage with back neck and legs, but never turned us over, that was new to me. But I'm sure if you developed a rapport with Seven Day Foot spa and they got to know your body better communication would be a lot better and you may have the exact massage you need. read more

This is the most disgustingly unprofessional place i have ever come across in my life!!! Do NOT go here!!!! Not only is the entrance same as the exit and its so dangerous with it being on a busy street...i set up an appointment 3 weeks in advance and i already felt something was off cause they told me i had to pay extra for tax aside from the groupon you already pay for all of that!!!! I get there and they did not find my appointment!!!! One girl with a stupid smirk on her face redeemed my groupon and took my $8 "tax" then put me and my mother (on her birthday!!!!) in a room. We waited 10/15 min past the appointment time for a different lady to come in and aggressively say she cant take us and to come back in 3 hours. Not even 30min. I had the whole day planned plus this place was not close to me!! She stated i never made an appointment but then found my number in her records then we got to the front to get a refund and she proceeded to look at a different calendar and say with a laugh "oh you did make an appointment" i am sickened!!!! 10/10 Massage in my opinion. The building is a bit hard to get into parking lot wise but not much the business can do about that. I have went twice and both times used a Groupon. They do charge a $4 tax I think it's because Groupon charges a fee but I'm not completely sure. If you pay them directly and not use Groupon there's no fee and the price isn't that much more. I do not recommend this place. I asked for a specific date and time, and the person on the other end proceeded to say the wrong date and wrong time. When I arrived, the building was sketchy and I felt like there was a faint odor. The receptionist also questioned me having an appointment and then asked me for $5 for tax. I've never had to pay tax after the purchase of a Groupon before. I took this out of the tip I was planning on leaving. Then, in the room I was given privacy to remove my top and get under the towel. However, at the end of the treatment the girl picked up my top (and bra) and put them on the table with me and proceeded to tidy up. I was waiting for her to leave so I could put myself together, and eventually she got the hint. On top of this, the receptionist opened the door during my treatment and the two employees were talking, which I found to be unprofessional. I also found it odd that the esthetician didn't ask if I have any allergies. If I didn't prepay with Groupon, I wouldn't have even made the appointment. That's where the red flags started. read more

My 10th and last visit. When I first started going, everything was great. The Foot Massage was an actual reflexology and the atmosphere was calming and comfortable. However, our last few visits were not as pleasant. Since I bought the appointment through Groupon, they charged me extra and refused to sign my loyalty card. The rules seem to change all the time now. An advertised price is not what you get. Be very cautious buying through Groupon. The Foot Massage I had yesterday was less than mediocre.
