I stop at this Sonic location every weekday. Dana and Junior provide exceptional service and I do not have complaints in the morning, except when they are not there. Nice enough staff, BUT food was average and they screwed up our order TWICE !! Seriously? TWICE? (after the second time, we just drove off and went to Wendy's down the road !! NO CROWDS and didnt screw up our order) Again, nice girls that brought our food out, but do they LISTEN in the kitchen? I guess not. Since it was crowded there (after lunch), i can only assume that bad service and wrong orders given is NOT a deterrent to gaining repeat customers. Something else that was odd was the girl asking for our "mistake" burgers back so she can "throw it away" and she will bring us another one. HERE is an idea, how about we "keep it" (since you screwed it up !) and get us another cheap $1 burger that is made correctly?? She was insistent that she NEEDED it back so she could throw it away. I normally don't write bad reviews, but this has seriously gone downhill. The sonic on Greg is just as bad. The hamburger quality is god awful. I threw my dry Hamburg in the trash. God forbid if you ask for extra sauce or ketchup as you'll only get one or two packets of charged extra for a few sauces. read more

I would give it 0 stars if possible, for all the bad experiences. The wait for the simplest orders is 20+ minutes.They never toast the Texas toast. If you ask for none of something, it will be on your sandwich anyway. Or the order is completely wrong. They will give you cold food and warm drinks. The cashiers can't add or subtract change. Half of the Press to Order buttons don't work. I know other Sonics have delicious food, but this one has no competent staff or management. Stay away. read more

Me and my husband went for ice cream. The blasts were in medium drink cups not even ice cream cups. I got the cookie dough blasts and majority of it was just vanilla ice cream, I got one of these on midland the other day and it was great. This one was horrible. If I could give fewer stars, I would. We arrived at 6:30pm and ordered three meals. The lot was dead, maybe two other cars. It took our order an extremely long time to be delivered, at which point I found it cold. My tots were old. My sons hamburger wasn't even correct. I love Sonic. However the ones here are the absolute worst in the country. I know that is a bold statement but believe me, I have been all over this country and been to plenty of Sonics. They don't honor their menu. They are extremely slow. I have waited as much as 30 minutes just for a drink, and that was when they were slow.. The ones in Lubbock would take 5 minutes to get all the food for a family of 7. Car hop running around like crazy while I see managers and other employees in the store playing on their cell phones. Car hops don't give change back and keep for tips. I even made a complaint at the beginning of the summer and never heard back. I have tried to talk to managment and they could care less. We refuse to go there anymore and believe me, we miss our Sonic fix. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I am a forgiving person especially when it comes to restaurants since Big Spring has so few. Every time I leave Sonic I leave frustrated. This time I clicked the button and waited 6 minutes for the lady to finally ask if I could wait some more. Sure. But I waited for 6 more minutes???? I finally just drove off. Have went four times and all four times the wait has been at least 15 minutes for a slushy and 25 minutes for hot food. They have yet to get an order right the first time. Have really enjoyed sonic in the past but these experiences have me rethinking. read more

They charge for everything banana shake they charge extra for the banana but it is nowhere on the menu board saying it is extra.

This location does not honor its menu. The half-price drink happy hour Should include all sodas, teas, slushes, and regular lemonaides, slushes, and frozen limeaides. It says it on the menu in the blue area on the left side. But, since Sonic is advertising for the lemonaides right now, they choose to dishonor the advertised special. When we moved here 13 yrs. ago food was good. It has went downhill since. The prices get higher and the burgers get smaller. My daughter was visiting and ask for sonic for lunch. Tried to talk her out of it but gave in. When she got her burger she said this is a kids burger...I laughed and said that is the size of burgers now. She couldn't believe it. I hope soon the burgers don't end up as a slider but I see it coming. High priced and disappearing burgers. Owners need to take more pride in food served. read more

This Sonic is just plain unacceptable. They cannot take an order correctly and deliver it to your car without a problem. Stopped there twice to order something and both times it has been incorrect. The wait staff do not listen and I don't believe they care. Also I really enjoy all of the melted ice cream on the outside of my drink cup. It is so disgusting!!!! Then you have to call back for napkins as the wait staff takes your money a d runs away like they are going to get something if they stop long enough to see if you need anything such as a napkin. read more

Horrible horrible sonic We went there the first time to get milk shakes and I couldnt believe it...... it was straight liquid / melted and it wasn't even made right I asked for a chocolate cheesacake milkshake and it Did not taste like it AT ALL it was something of melted ice cream with chocolate syrup ?? I really give this a 0. We were traveling and pulled in for a cherry limeade. We waited over 10 minutes for a response after we pushed the order button - nothing. So we then walked up to the main building and waiting for a car hop to come out and ordered from her - two cherry limeades. We waited another 10 minutes and nothing.
