My son has been working at this location for about 6 months and the mistreatment of the assistant manager is mind blowing. She screams at the when they mess up. She calls the kids stupid and retarded when they fall behind on orders. My son has left numerous shifts very upset because of the vile treatment she shows them and it needs to stop. I normally don't/won't post poor reviews on places, giving them the benefit of the doubt. I also say that in general I love Sonic. This location is one of, if not the absolute worst service locations (consistently) for Sonic that I have ever been to. (And I have been to a bunch of locations in this state and Texas). The latest order just happened a few minutes ago. I attempted to order using the app but it said it was not available for the location. I then arrived at the location at 3:40 pulled in to an open spot and pressed the red order button. Several minutes later a voice finally came on and said we are only doing drive through. I responded, there are 5-6 other cars here eating. No response. I left the spot and got in the drive through at 3:45. With two cars ahead on me, needing to order. I got to the order menu and have my order at 4:00. The prices were full price. I asked if it was happy hour or not, no response. I preceded to the window to pay and asked why I didn't get the happy hour price and the young man said it was after happy hour time. I explained that I was there will before happy hour ended and your lack of service is the reason that it is "after happy hour" even though it wasn't when I ordered. My point is the customer should never be penalized for your poor service. On top of that I got an incorrect receipt. This is typical ff this location and it's sad because it is the closest location to downtown Choctaw. Hoping someone will take notice and take pride and fix the many problem at this location. I called and let the manager know and she offered to allow me to bring it back for a replacement. I wasted that much gas going there the 1st time. If you want something quick in the morning other than a drink, go someplace else. In order not to hold up the drive through mine, I chose a stall today. It took minutes for someone to even ask for my order. After about 15 minutes, I called to ask if it was ready (I did not Ofer anything like chicken that is slow to cook.) Neither the card reader no the app would work to pay, so the car hop had to take my card back inside with her. The outsides of each of my drink cups was splattered with soda, and when I arrived at work I found that they had not included the condiments I requested, even though they displayed in my order screen. read more

Onion rings were black and Coke Zero was only carbonated water... I don't get it. If I worked in fast food and saw that food was burned then I would NOT send it out. As a customer, I would've had no problem waiting for food cooked correctly. Also, the coke was clearly watered down, something they should've noticed had they been paying attention. We've had bad experiences here in the past and continue to have bad experiences here. Not sure what's going on but hopefully things will get better for the name of Sonic. read more

This sonic is great to go to during breakfast and lunch times but dinner times are terrible. Even worse is anytime after 9. I go to sonic after work a lot and there will be maybe 3 cars waiting for there food and I will still wait 30 minutes for just a couple things. They don't train very good either. A couple days ago I went and asked for a Orange cream slush and the carhop asked me "Do you know what is in the slush?" Just take my advice and don't go anytime after dinner time. read more

Breakfast and lunch are the best times to stop here. Dinner is always an awful experience. Order is never correct, tastes old, and the wait times are pretty extensive, even with just a few cars. Today was the final straw for me. I ordered two kid's meals, they separated one of the meals in its own bag, but put one in the adult meal bag. No toy along with it, and all the food was cold.
