First of all the four shakes we ordered were not cold and tasted like they used old and expired milk/ice cream and when we asked them to make new ones, they came out cold but still with the same expired milk/ice cream taste. The food was not hot and there was a tater tot in the mozzarella sticks. The slushees were fine but I would not recommend coming here for any reason. STRAIGHT TRASH! EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK! When I tell you the customer service here sucks! LOL I wish I could just give it 0 stars. This place needs improvement and not just the customer service wise, I'm talking this whole place needs to be renovated and rescued like on Bar Rescue even though it's not a bar. This place is joke. The menu screens are raggedy, the parking lot is cracked and has a bunch of pot holes. Shit, the menu board at the drive thru part is dirty. It don't look like none of the workers ever come outside to clean shiz. We parked in one of the scraggly lined stalls and the menu we had was partially broken, and it was dirty as hell, mind you, you have to press the button to let them know you're ready to order. Had to sanitize 3 times after that one, one we had the girl just kept screaming that she couldn't hear us and instead of reading the order back 15 min later someone came out and handed our food (missing two items). It was fine, I mean it's not like we were gonna up and leave right then and there, this was my first time. LOL and for my First time at Sonic, I don't think I'll every try it again. It was a pretty big disappointment and man what was up with the shit lemonade they gave me? it was disgusting, tasted like some nasty ass tap water and I immediately threw that away, so I wasted money on that. They also got my blizzard wrong too. I asked for M&Ms with Oreos, they charged us for it too and gave me an Oreo one ANNNNND I should've took a picture of it because them Oreos were OLD AS FUCK and you can just tell because it was discolored. Customer service sucks bad here. Had an order for door dash came in parked let them know. 15 min passed I hit the button again and the worker had the nerves I'm sorry I don't know what happened to that order. We are going to start over. Again 15 min have passed still no order. Sitting there waiting for what 30 min nah that's bad. Its great when they actually have the red buttons working and not have to sit there for almost 15 minutes just to get someone to answer!!!!! Food is always hot and fresh. Drinks are on point minus one time when theu gave me an unsweet peach tea when i asked for a sweet peach tea!!!! Other than that, my family loves it. Nedd to lower the prices on more than a few items but thats me due to having restaurant management experience for 12 years now so!!! read more

Normally a safe bet, but we had a horrible experience at this Sonic. Every bit of our order was wrong and we had to ask multiple times for things to be fixed. It seemed as though the microphone set-ups on the consoles were poor quality and communication was rough. read more

Order is always correct, very fast and efficient, food and drinks are super good and fresh, not as busy as the one on North Prince, and definitely the best one in Clovis. Don't go to the one on 7th!! read more
