The food? Cold. The fries were limp and soggy like they'd been sitting out for an hour. My burger was slapped together, the bun was falling apart, and it tasted like it had been microwaved. No seasoning, no care. And don't even get me started on the drinks. I ordered an Ocean Water and it tasted like flat Sprite with a hint of soap. Just nasty. To top it off, the service was rude and rushed--no greeting, no thank you, just shoved the bag at me and closed the window. Sonic used to be fun. Stopped by sonic in annaville Saturday December 9th. Took about 30 minutes to get my full order. Small tatter tots, medium cherry-lime slush, and route 44 cherry- lime slush. Tots were cold asked them to remake them. Got over charged for 44 oz. Drink and was given a 32 oz. Drink instead. Please check your order if ordering from this sonic. Looks like they are ripping customers off at both ends . Pretty sad. read more

Terrible service every time we come here. Must be ran by very poor management always out of some ingredients for years now. Staff doesn't try at all. Expect only toppings on top of your blast because they won't mix them through the entire thing (if they even have ice cream in stock). Expect long wait times, cold food, etc. It's worth driving the extra 5-10 minutes to the five points location if you want Sonic, because they do things right over there. read more

I ordered three chili cheese Coney meals, one of which had a sweet tea for the drink. I took a drink of it and it tasted like it hadn't been remade in a couple days. It was horrible. I called and spoke to the manager to let him know what happened and he brushed it off like it was nothing. He didn't seem to be concerned about the incident at all, and probably continued serving bad tea to customers. I would give this place less than one star if I could. read more

I purchased an Oreo Mint Master Blast and only the top half had mint. It was not mixed together at all. This is the second Master Blast I have purchased and it was the same thing with that one. I will not be purchasing another one. No receipt given. read more

Service is so slow and your order is usually wrong. Doesn't matter if you park in a stall or go through the drive thru there only seems to be one person working. The poor man working the store is very apologetic with every order. He needs more help and an experienced manager. read more

Line was wrapped around the building so I decided to pull into a slot to order. It's now 30 minutes later and I don't have any food. Unresponsive on the screen, called the store but no one answered. They finally answered and told me it was coming out the door 5 minutes ago but still nothing. Manager came out and informed me my food was under a warmer but had no idea how long it had been there. Very slow, also asked for condiments then waited 20 minutes and when the kid finally brought some she filled an entire bag with every type of condiment instead of just passing the 2 we asked for. Just went above and beyond to be a smartass. read more

Had the burnt Popcorn chicken that was cold to go along with my cold stale tator tots and my wife's hotdog that had the cheese stuck to the packaging. Whoever was in charge yesterday at lunch must have been taking a nap. I would have done better to sleep through lunch myself. read more

I was at sonic earlier today and I saw one of the workers through the window grab a cherry with no gloves and licked his fingers and didn't wash his hands after that and nobody saw what he was doing. But with the stuff going on I don't think I want to go back over there. read more

This Sonic is the worst. I have experienced bad food there and this not the first time this has happened. I have also experienced them trying to pull the wool over on me . They substituted a extra long hot dog wiener that was cut in half for a premium beef hot dog . I didn't notice until I bit into it. It tasted like a cheap wiener. I then noticed it wasn't a whole wiener. I love Sonic but this one is not good. read more

This is the worst service possible! They never answer the I intercom at the car hop or the drive thru.

This is probably my least fav sonic. They forgot to put lime and cherry in my slush, no ketchup like requested, or napkins. Corn dog wasn't cooked all the way & im pregnant so that's dangerous to eat. read more

Ordered 2 slushies and that alone took 50 minutes of waiting! It didn't help at all that once I got home and opened one up there were 2 flies in my slush. Disgusting. Never going back to this particular location and I advice to not even bother. Staff are rude and slow. Would not recommend to anyone. read more
