Waited 20 minutes for 1 sonic cheeseburger. We live 3 minutes away and the bun and meat are cold! Why don't yall care???

Digusting halloween "decorations" looks like a masacare site. Not child friendly. They should have just put pumpkins and bats and spiders instead. No one wants to sit here and eat their food looking at fake BLOOD!!! Our child actually thought it was to raise awareness for the children killed in the Ukraine war....and I had to say no darling it's actually disgusting halloween decor. Why not make it child friendly halloween decorations?!?! And the "blood" dripping off the trash cans is disgusting as well. We will go to the Highlands or Baytown Sonic instead from now on!!! read more

Make sure to double check your bag before you drive off. They were out of a few items I asked for, so I settled on cheese sticks, which they served with no marinara sauce. A greasy grilled cheese and burnt pretzel. Food options in Crosby stink and this Sonic is no better than the rest in the area. read more

Decent food. Hamburgers are great. Onion rings are great . The fries not so much, and the tots are good .

I love the blue raspberry slushy and the chicken stingers are the best so go there today.

I've always loved sonic but lately it just hasn't been the same! Just a funny here, but today they brought the wrong thing out and my kids were already chowing down before I realized it wasn't what we ordered. When I hit the button, the lady said they would bring our right out. Then a server came and took back all the kids half eaten food back into the restaurant! I love Sonic drinks... so every time I pass a Sonic I make a note of it because I don't want to be too far and not be able to find one. I don't know what it is, but I am guessing they put crack in their ice. I can't prove this theory yet because I am still doing research, but as soon as I find out... I will pass that information on. But just so you know... I have been researching this for quite a few years now... so don't look for any results in the near future. I usually go during happy hour when their drinks are 1/2 price. WHAT A DEAL!!! And my typical order consists of a regular coke with lime and extra ice. They use fresh limes... can you believe it? A fast food place actually using fresh limes? Usually fast food places give you lemon in packages... and don't have any limes in site. And their coke is always mixed just right... only people who drink coke on a somewhat regular basis will know what I mean. The coke is so good that you can feel it in your chest as you sip it down. As far as the food... I am really not a fan of Sonic food, so if I am in the fast food mood... I usually go to Sonic... get a drink then high tail it down to McDonalds. So, the reason for the 3 stars is because the food is not so wonderful. read more

Stay far from this Sonic! The service is terrible and they don't have a clue how to make a blast or just don't care. You can talk to Management all you want and nothing gets done right. We will see what happens when I call the corporate office Monday. I will update this review when I get a response. read more

Can't beat the prices on the drinks and the specials that they run on the shakes and malts. A personal favorite is the cheese sticks.

20 minutes for a WATER with lemon and lime is ridiculous! Did they have to go pick them in the back or something?!

I wish I could give this zero stars because that's how awful this sonic is. Customer service blows. And the food tastes old and nasty.

Whats going on at this location???....the website says close at 12am...but ive gone at 11pm and they rudely say their closed!!...ive even gone at 10:50pm....and they say their in the process of closing..i work in the area i go in at 12am..so i try to get to sonic before 11pm..and i drive 20 min. It's 10:30pm and I can't get a blast because they already closed the machine down. But maybe that was a good sign because when I pulled up, one of the workers looked pissed because he had a customer. This is the best sonic anywhere. Hands down. I have been here hundreds of times. Friendly, fast, acurate, and dependable.

Ordered a waffleberry blast with Oreos. It had no waffle pieces in it and ONE OREO broken in half on the top. When I asked for some waffle pieces they charged me an extra 54¢. I like sonic but in that moment I was extremely let down. read more

I am so put out with this poor excuse of a SONIC. I love SONIC but just dread going to this one. I live in Crosby and NEED this place. The help are pitiful........will not listen to your order so everytime it is wrong. Just wrong. REALLY.........it's not that difficult. Is it false advertisement or employees not wanting to work? Crosby Sonic's website states closing at 12am on Sundays. We arrived at 11:35pm. When we drove up, the employees didn't look happy plus the lights were still on to support them being open. After pressing the button to order, an employee says they are closed. I mentioned the time from website but they gave no response. If you are supposed to be open to s we ve the customers then be open. read more

My husband wanted a Sonic burger for dinner last night. Since I'm trying to eat healthier, I chose the grilled chicken sandwich. When I got home with it, I was appalled at the condition of the chicken breast. It was tough, stringy, and dry. It appeared to have sat on the grill for too long, or maybe under the warmer. I could barely eat it. The bread was fine, but the main part - the chicken- was almost inedible. read more
