This location has gotten so much better since they changed to 24hrs. I occasionally get stale food but overall the quality is so much better. My Experience So this is our local store and I will say that disappointment is the word of the day. It seems every time I try to eat at this location something is either wrong or was left out. They currently have a new version of the smash burger called the All American. I have tried it once before and found it to be far better than the normal burgers that they have. So that was what I decided to get this time. I ordered that and my wife enjoys the soft pretzels along with some drinks and sides. I placed my order via the app and headed toward my destination. Once arriving and checked in my order was out withing 3-5 mins. Which in most cases would be good thing to have hasty service, however in my experience with this location unless it's drinks normally isn't a good thing. The carhop was nice and well spoken so no complaints with him. After receiving my order I made sure all my food was there which it was. Upon arriving home and getting a closer inspection my concerns were valid. First thing I noticed is that when I picked the "Soft" pretzel it felt like a brick, something that can only be achieved by long term exposure to a heating source meant to keep them warm. In this case far past the acceptable time allowed for optimal freshness. On top of that every time I order the pretzel it is missing it's cheese sauce, so of course this time is no different. Now on to the rest of the food. The sides were fine this time around so no issues with them, and the drinks are always the highlight of the visit as they very rarely mess them up. Now the burgers I received were not. Upon opening up the box the burgers were a mess, top bun scrunched up with a piece cut out of it, condiments all over the place, patties off center and unorganized. Upon further inspection something else was off about them. The meat patties were their basic burger patties, thick non smashed slabs of meat. Not the smash burger I was looking forward to. Now I understand I'm just going to a fast food restaurant so I'm not expecting the highest level of expectations, but this was a huge let down. Having almost my entire order messed up for the sake of speed displays a level of inconsideration to the customer. Either it is a pure lack of proper training or just a lazy mindset to not be willing to make fresh food and make it properly. I worked in the food industry for over a decade and I always had the mindset that I was making the food for my family and I always wanted it to be the best it could be, I didn't cut corners just did what was needed to give a good experience. I personally do not recommend this location for anything other than Drinks and Ice cream as the consistency of a good experience is lacking. Despite several attempts over multiple visits hoping it wasn't the norm I can say that I won't be back there for anything other than those things. read more

Staff is meh, sometimes they are really polite and friendly and then other times not so much. They always seem to be relevantly busy. The food is always kinda crappy, super greasy and just not worth the $$$ The drinks and ice creams have always been good though. Personally the chicken buffalo bites have been the best. The app has good deals for this place which is a bonus. The wait time to get your food isn't usually bad. Getting the correct order when there's more than a couple items seems to be a struggle here. I got a supersonic burrito with bacon instead of sausage. I ended up with a burrito with hardly any egg or cheese, a big slice of tomato and big chunks of onion with undercooked whole pieces of bacon. I was friendly and left a good tip. I eat and get drinks here very often, it is SO RARE they can actually make my order right and actually taste good and not just a whole mess. I most definitely will not recommend new comers here because yall will wait 2-10 minutes for them to take your order (worst time is afternoons), but there's never a good time to go unless you plan to be there almost 30 minutes . I have eaten at this sonic often. This morning I ordered breakfast burrito with route 44 Diet Coke with vanilla and easy ice. I used the sonic app to place the order. After leaving I discovered that had not given me easy ice. I went back to the sonic and the car hop that brought my food was walking by. I called her over and showed her my order on the sonic app. I then showed her the amount of ice in the cup. She asked me to wait a minute so she could speak to the manager. She went in the store and returned a few minutes later stating the manager said I would have to purchase a new one since I had left. ???? I generally do leave sonic after receiving my order. I knew at this point the manager did not have customers in mind because he sent the message instead of coming to speak with me to discuss my issue. I informed the car hop I needed to speak to the manager. A young man (I won't list his name but I did give it to corporate when I filed the complaint) comes out and asks me what my problem is. I show him the order on the app clearly showing easy ice and the sonic the order was placed at. I then showed him the amount of ice in the cup and asked him if that was easy ice. He replied no it looks like the normal amount. He then asked what I wanted. He was very smug and was not budging off his decision that if I wanted another drink I would have to pay for it. I informed him they would be getting a one star review. He said okay and asked if I needed anything else and walked off. I asked for the owners number so I could voice my complaint with them and if resolved not post a negative review online. He did not reply and went back inside the store. If not for this experience I would rate this sonic 4 stars probably. Due to this experience letting me realize how rude this individual manager was I will never eat at this sonic again. BTW when I filed the complaint with corporate customer service they gave me a reward for a free route 44 drink on my sonic app. I requested to be contacted on the outcome of my complaint. read more

They have the absolute best ice cream-ish deserts you could ever want. BUT they're burgers, chicken, fries, and etc. are absolutely some of the worst you can experience in a quick service restaurant. I understand cost-cutting as I worked in QSR for 10+ years, but I have never ever seen a franchise go so far down the money hole as Sonic has! If you want to spend $40.00 on some crappy "fast food" then wait an hour for it, this is the place....they messed up our order, I had to ask for the missing onion rings 3 times, and wait 35 minutes for the one missing item. They were rude, disorganized, and not worth the time. We got home to discover they forgot straws for all 5 orders, and all the food was cold by the time we got the missing item. I went tonight like I normally do, and I got the mozzarella sticks, and about 2.5 hours later I'm puking my guts up and have food poisoning, this isn't the first time I have had food poisoning. Wow! So driving home on a recent trip I was excited to find a Sonic on the drive. They didn't have a drive through but that apparently didn't matter with their speed. We parked... figured out what we were going to order and I pressed the order button. Up on the screen alerted that the button was activated and we would be helped soon. Less than a minute a girl came on to take our order. Our order was placed on the screen as it was being taken. When it was complete I inserted my card and it took my payment. Less than 3 minutes our order was at our window. That was fast!!!! On our receipt it shows our carhop was Candra. She was super nice and even came back with a tray of condiments to check if we needed anything else. She even gave us a card for 50% off drinks. We don't live in the area so it didn't really apply to us, but we were thankful. Being that we are from this big ole city of Orlando, it was crazy to see how advanced this Sonic's was, and that their credit card machine at the kiosk actually worked and you didn't wait forever for your food. When we drove up almost all the kiosk were filled with a car and we still were taken care of quickly. A+ to this Sonic's location! (One side note was the water taste different so the drink was a bit off, but it was still drinkable and not a big enough problem that would oversee how awesome this location is!) read more

Using the app is easy @ this location . The food we ordered was correct . We do not special order from this location due to past experience. However , we have eaten here 3/3 days and 3/3 days every sandwich was burnt. The new BBLT is delicious so we went back ... only to find it burnt again .... try the new chicken slider ... also burnt. I understand this is a fast food location, but I'm unsure when it became acceptable to serve burnt food? Let's say you make minimum wage... our bill was around $20 -25 each time .... that's about 2.5 -3 hours of someone's life they spent at work to purchase your food .... we give concession on the order always being wrong and it being sloppy ... because it's fast food and fast food has decided to keep increasing price and decreasing the product and expectancy . I just wonder if anyone has a sense of pride or integrity for that matter?
