I just waited 20 min for a root beer float. I wanted a small, they asked me if I'd take a medium. I agreed. 20 min later, when I got my float - the top was somewhat firm and the rest was a soupy mess. It was delivered with no napkin. I understand being busy. I also understand hiring kids. We have 42 million people out of work, and ice cream can't be put in a cup with root beer, it sent out in a timely manner and sent out with a napkin since it was half-melted - this is the best we can do? I've always had good experiences with sonic, anywhere else I've lived, but I have to honest and say that this restaurant does a serious dis-service to the rest of the sonics, aside from the 8lbs of relish on my hotdog your buns are always soggy or soft, and the meat tastes like it's been through a microwave about 4 times. I understand it's fast food and it's never gonna be amazing, unless your Whataburger, but damn have at least a little pride in the stuff your dishing out through that window. read more

Completely messed up the order and tried to say it was our fault. Then we ask for a refund because they refuse to fix it and they turned off the speaker walked out and handed us the dollar fifty and walked away no apology or anything. And they gave me very small wings. That were a quarter size of the normal portion. Customer service is just crap here. read more

Within the last year I have watched this restaurant collapse into a worthless pile of excrement. The food isn't palatable at all unless you have no sense of taste. I would hate to be the owner of this place. Perhaps they should sell now while they still can.
