I cannot believe what has happened. I got Husband and myself 2 carhop specials... Cheeseburgers with onion rings... Simple enough. Husband wanted ketchup only and I asked for them to leave onions off my burger. Food came out quick enough but all effed up. Both burgers fully loaded, but my burger had 2 bun tops whereas his had 2 bun bottoms! WTFH? What gets my goat is the carhop recited my order vertabim before handing me the sack. I am utterly disgusted with the food I purchased and was served!!! Let me start with my order; I ordered a coney cheese combo with a s strawberry lemonade and a carhop classic combo and strawberry M&M concrete. I notice on the screen that my strawberry lemonade read as a strawberry limeade. I proceed to inform the gentleman that I wanted a strawberry lemonade instead of a strawberry limeade and he proceeds to tell me that they were out of lemonade. So, you telling me that you were going to just give me whatever you wanted to give me without telling me first?! It doesn't get any better afterwards either. Don't come here if you're in a hurry. It takes them 10 minutes to make anything and I can bet you it will be wrong. I have had to send food back a couple of times or call them to bring something they forgot and it's taken forever to get it. When you tell them they forgot something or made it wrong, they act like you're the inconvenience. read more

Not sure what has happened at this particular location. Used to be really good and friendly staff. Stopped by today for dinner. Could not have understand the girl that took my order. When they took my money, nothing was even said to me. She handed me my bag and drink (which had root beer all over they opened and side). Cheeseburger was cold and tots had been cooked in old grease. Sonic you already know has no real set time for you food as long as it is no more than thirty minutes. Well they have excellent service and excellent food their is absolutely nothing wrong with this sonic location. They are polite and always brings the food in a reasonable about of time and I just love the pepper mints read more

I gave this location 5 stars several months ago; however, my last few visits have been less than satisfactory. I had a visit where my burger was wrong, my drink was wrong, and I was charged for a cup of ice when I had actually asked for no ice in my drink. I contacted the manager at that time, explained what happened, and he added the ticket to be replaced. I went in yesterday to get the replacement meal. It was impossible to hear anyone over the speaker. I requested a car hop, and after explaining what was going on, she said she would have the manager come out and talk to me. He never came. I wrote down my order and the information from the prior order that was being replaced. It took forever for the replacement order to be sent to my car, and even longer to receive the new order. Since the order that had been messed up was very small and simple, and I needed a much larger order this time, I asked if the items from the first order could be applied as a credit towards my new order, because I didn't really want that same item again. I was told this was not possible at all. I have been very disappointed in these last few visits. Although this location is frequently very convenient for me, I think that I will wait and visit more satisfactory locations the next time I get a Sonic craving. read more

I ordered a mini order of mozzarella sticks (2 sticks) extra crispy to ensure the cheese has been melted and food cooked thoroughly since there tends to be issues with competency at This location. When the food was brought out to me, I noticed it wasn't rung up correctly, so I brought it to the carhops attention. I broke open the mozzarella stick so she could see that it was still thick and not melted inside and the crust was lined in white that was evident the food hadn't been cooked thoroughly. After 2 remakes incorrectly, I asked for a refund and a manager. 2 more call backs in and 25 minutes later I get the refund and still no manager. Sonic has lost my business forever. read more

Want to give 0 stars. Went to this sonic to get some cheese sticks. Asked for extra marinara and none was given. Called back FOUR times to ask for some until some was finally brought out. I waited a total of 20 minutes for some damn sauce!!! Meanwhile, one of the workers had a car full of friends going in and out of the store who obviously did not work there. I used to work at a sonic and it is not that hard to run some sauce out. Having your friends come in the store and keeping you distracted is childish and irresponsible. If you are employed somewhere you should do your job and not keep your paying customers waiting all night while you talk to your friends.
