went through the drive through around 8:30pm, ordered a cheesecake/oreo shake. not only did they not put any cheesecake OR oreo in the shake, the bag of shake mix must have been old, both me and my boyfriend tried it and in a little under an hour later we both immediately got sick. i thought maybe the cheesecake was very finely mixed because it was sour. but no, i just got a sour milkshake. and it was the only thing i ordered. learn how too do your job safely or quit. read more

Sonic Review My fellow peers and I were so pumped to dive into our yummy lactose loaded cups. I will say that we were disappointed to receive now whipped cream or cherries on the ice cream sundaes. Not only was my milkshake thicker than a snicker that it brought all of the BOIS came to my yard; but the amount of thickness made it nearly impossible to sip through my small disintegrating paper straw. Sonic is getting better, finally bouncing back. I really like the ice cream cones they are awesome. The line was way shorter than the last few times. Way faster at the window. Was glad that it appeared that the outside was back open. Wasn't clear if the patio was back open. I would choose sonic way more often if the patio was back open for sure. read more

A sign right at the Drive-up window says "We wear masks" Yet when I looked in the window 3 people had their masks under their chin and 2 had it barely on their mouth and not on their nose at all. 2. Ordered Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito with "ABSOLUTELY NO jalapeno " and yet we again still get jalapenos, 3. You might get it with tomatoes AND tater tots or maybe just tomatoes you never know. Do they know what comes on their burritos? 4. The eggs look burnt or cook in old grease. 5. They close their drive-in lanes and only serve the drive-up window. 6. We've also ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Sub and received it cold with hard bread, cheese not melted like the whole thing just came out of a fridge. Our first ever visit to a Sonic. Wanted to have a burger at 9:30am and tots. We ordered the cheapest cheeseburgers and tots to try out. They gave us the Jr Deluxe Cheeseburgers and only one of the two tots we ordered and paid for. The tots were ok and the burgers were pretty good. read more

My parents come here...for the sweets! For some reason I thought that the girls were still wearing the skates... I don't come here often, because I dont live here...however, the reception was warm and the food was fast. We were in and out in a jiffy. This Sonic has been here for a while so there really aren't any lines. I didn't try their food, both of my parents ordered a vanilla ice cream cone. They were very big, I have a picture of my mom holding one its like bigger than her face! Be prepared for one really sad downside, well while you are enjoying your food or your dessert, there is an animal shelter next door. All you hear is sad dogs barking and howling, it's really sad, but if you can get over that then you can definitely enjoy yourself at Sonics. read more

Sonic is losing a star because since my original review, I can't say that their service is quick... Every time there's a special day, like $1 hot dogs or half-off cheeseburgers, they completely fail. You're looking at 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru when you're the second car back from the order box, maybe fifth from the pickup window. They know these days are coming and they'll be busy, but they seem to have no care to be prepared. I don't blame the staff, but I do blame the management. And then you have to hope they get your order correct, which is a fail almost all the time lately. Be sure to check your order before leaving their parking lot. read more

Not bad for fast food. I try not to eat any fast food but if I must Sonic is one of the ones I will eat. Good burgers. Good variety and good desserts. Decent prices. The drive-through is slow and the entrances and exits are a mess. Nobody follows the driving laws to enter or exit here. I suggest double checking your order before leaving here. Sonic is one of the worst fast food places. I ordered a small Oreo blast and come to find out my cup had a hole on the bottom. They decided to put a sticker to stop it from leaking, instead of grabbing a new cup and making me another one. This is unbelievable. read more

Our last several visits have been disappointing. When eating there, we either close the windows or turn up the music due to barking dogs next door at the Michigan Humane Society. Using the drive-thru, 9 out of 10 times the Cherry Limeades have no cherry in it. Our last 3 visits for breakfast have been incorrect. On one occasion, the order was wrong completely, different Breakfast Burritos than what was ordered. On the other two occasions including today, the Breakfast Burritos were missing ingredients such as jalapenos or tater tots. I ordered a simple "quarter pound double cheeseburger" with tater tots, and the cashier took three tries to put it in the system right, and then they gave me the wrong burger 3 times! I complained originally that the burger was wrong, then I was given the same burger I was given originally, THEN, after going up there and explicitly stating what I wanted on my burger, they STILL didn't put onions on it! Food was decent and service was quick and friendly. Only downside is if you plan to sit outside and eat the traffic can be a little loud.
