Just ate at the Rossford location on Friday night. It was an out of body experience. The food and smoothie were the best I have had in a while. The customer service by a young man named Freddy was exceptional. Even the young manager was commanding the back and brightened my day. I worked in the restaurant business for years and we were NEVER allowed to tell customers they had to leave because we were closed. It would have been nice if I could have finished my meal. We order frequently from this particular establishment and the orders are correct and we have enjoyed the food. However. the last two times we have ordered, we have had terrible smoothies. The island detox was spicy, as if someone added pepper to it. The jetty punch was flavorless, you could tell there were strawberries by the seeds, but otherwise it was just pink ice. The food is good and so are the smoothies but 3 out of 4 times my orders have been completely messed up because of the terrible cashiers. They put the wrong food in, wrong quantities and charged me extra two times. The never have any idea what they are doing, I ask a question about the food and they walk in back to ask someone. After four tries, I'm done. I hope they start to train their employees better. I also went to their website to fill out a survey and the website wouldn't allow me to do so even though all of the information was correct. Emailed them, no reply. When we went in there wasn't too much of a line but we couldn't decide we wanted so we let other people go first. We ended up ordering a turkey bacon sandwich with the fruit medley a sunrise sunset and a cookie. The food was made fairly quickly and was exactly as we ordered it. The smoothie that we got was huge way too big for us to be able to finish in one setting and that was with two of us sharing it. The sandwich itself was very good and flavorful. The fruit medley also was good and it had a little bit too much of the syrup in with it. Cookie as well was good. I think their prices are a little bit too steep and their sizes for the Smoothie are way too big. If I had a discount or a coupon or a gift card I might return. But other than that I probably would not go back here on my own. read more

Went there for the first time the other day. Didn't try the food, just bought smoothies. Pro: Smoothies were good, service was great, place was very clean Con: Ask for nutrition content of any item you are interested in purchasing BEFORE you have them make it! One of the so called "Healthy smoothies" I purchased had almost 90 GRAMS OF SUGAR in it!! The staff were nice enough to tell me to order any/all of the smoothies without the sugar (all of them are made with sugar unless customers ask to have it with held). Wish she would've made the suggestion BEFORE she made it and I wasted my $. It's also very expensive for what you get. I looked up the other food on their website when I got home, and a lot of it is also loaded with fat or calories, or both. This place is not as healthy as they would have you believe. I will not be going back....I'll just make mine at home. read more

The smoothie was great and the worker at the counter was really nice and friendly. My complaint is that they put too much ice, and therefore they make way too much. Then they fill your cup, and they dumped the rest before I could even ask if I could have it. It's so wasteful, plus I'm paying to get all of the fruits and veggies, not to get extra ice and watch them waste a bunch of food. I hope the managers address this. read more

Staff was friendly and they were busy but I did not have to wait to long. I like all of healthy choices I can make here. A great mix of ages in the restaurant enjoying the healthy food.
