I ordered mozzarella sticks and Cheddar peppers and the sauces were not put in the bag. When I asked for them I was told that I was to be charged. The carhop told me that whomever was inside said she put the sauces in the bag. So then the carhop never brought the sauce. So I then went to the door and told the one lady inside who was packing the orders that I didn't get my sauce. I came here ordered a super sonic burrito light on jalapeños and no onions, with a large plain black coffee. First the server asks if I want creamer and sugar. Lol what about plain black suggests I need cream or sugar. Oh I know I'm being a little nitpicks, but I am apparently wasting my time telling them what I want. I wouldn't gig them stars for this minor offense, but when I bit into my burrito and got a mouth full of onions, that determined the results. Now I only didn't want onions because I do t particularly like raw onions in my burrito, but what if I had an allergy? I wasn't a big fan when I came around here. I walked up and pressed the button to take the order but the audio quality was bad that I had to keep repeating that their voice was lagging through the speaker. Then I heard the worker shout at me through the speaker but I wasn't sure what they were saying. Anyway, straight to the point. The audio disconnected so I walked to press another button and this time the worker was nice. She did kinda've get my order wrong, or maybe she just didn't hear me because somehow I was charged with more money and I checked my food I didn't get it so I told them and they immediately apologized and gave me ice cream coupons for free. What happened next is that they burnt my chicken sandwich so they apologized again and gave us more coupons which is very generous of them. One thing I'd say is that I don't want to be mean but I gagged when eating it because the chicken tasted bad and it looked absolutely nothing like the picture it shows on the screen. The chicken looks crispy, tender and fresh while in real life it looks nothing like that at all and the bun was greasy. I enjoyed the fries and tater tots though, they were delicious. Pulled up to drive thru speaker and waited for over 10 minutes of dead silence! The 2 cars in front of me are waiting long at the window so I pulled up to the window and the you lady asked me what was my order. I told 2 rt44 iced tea 1 unsweetened with peach flavor and 1 regular. I recieved both regular teas no unsweetened or and peach flavor. Called the store spiked to the manager on duty name Santana and she said the system had to be reset but I feel if the system was down someone should of been outside with masks and gloves to protect themselves and let customers know. Sorted that and they had added extra ranch all over it which we had not asked for. Got a refund and left. Probably going to be another four years again before I try again. It has literally been MONTHS since I visited this (or any) Sonic because they never fail to screw things up. Why would today be any different ?? First I had to repeat my order twice ... I don't think they ever tune in the first time. Then somehow magically added $3 of "extra" toppings to our order. They are horrible!!!!! A bunch of high schoolers hanging out in the kitchen. I made an order online to be ready at 5pm; I arrived at 5 it was really packed hence the purpose of ordering ahead. I push the red button in stall 16 to alert them that I was outside; a guy came on the intercom laughing I told him my name that I had an app order it said okay. 5 minutes pass by nothing.... 10 minutes... 15 minutes giving them time but all I ordered was a route 44 of ice 20 minutes I left. So I called up to express my frustration the girl answer the phone laughing finally composed herself I explained what the issue was and she proceeds to tell me I was never checked it. This Sonic is Horrible!! And as a former employee of this exact one, I know a milkshake does not and should not come completely melted. I went there today to try the new Toasted S'mores shake but I received it actually "toasted." It looked like and tasted like it had sat out on a tray all day and wasn't even cold. And when I took a sip it tasted like strawberries. It's supposed to have chocolate chunks and gram cracker crumbs in it, but that was far from it. I poured it out next to the car and it was like water hitting the ground. Oh and also instead of whipped cream it's supposed to have marshmallow cream on top, which was the only thing good about it, but even then I wouldn't be surprised if they just knocked off old whipped cream and replaced it with that so I maybe I wouldn't have known the difference. I enjoy Sonic, and am happy to say that this Sonic far exceeds the inferior versions of the chain that closed in my neck of the woods. Yes. JoCo is known for being the very worst of worst in terms of chains. However, this one killed it. Yes, the kitchen was a bit slow, but considering the massive size of the Sonic menu, it's to be expected. I ordered the Chicago Style dog. I'm pretty sure it's the closest thing you can get to the real deal at a chain, outside of Portillo's in Chicago proper. It was delicious. My wife ordered a very nice serving of Chicken Tenders with Tots. The chicken was perfectly fried and seasoned, and the tots were crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Excellent. Combine them with a signature Cherry Limeade, and you're in what could be considered the best-of-the-best in terms of fast food. This is a legit location, with polite and efficient service. Seems like they often have trouble with either the credit card machine or the intercom. Entrance is a mess since the put a median in the middle of the road. I suggest using the shopping center entrance and then come in the back of Sonic. Food at Sonic is below average. Taste like all the fried food uses the same oil. But I come for the drinks and desserts. Java Chiller is my favorite. read more

I had dinner here twice lately and the food and service was excellent both times. I would give the place at least 4 stars, except for the fact that my drink was terrible, both times. On both occasions, I had unsweetened raspberry tea and on both occasions it tasted bad. I'm not sure if it was the tea or the raspberry flavoring, but it was very bitter. Intercom is often broken. Staff can't seem to get an order straight without it being repeated multiple times. Some prices are ridiculous, like $4 for four pieces of tiny (approx 1.5 inch) jalapeño poppers. Soda mixtures are way off, and they leave a chemical taste in your mouth. Burgers and Chicago dogs are good. Shakes and sundaes are inconsistent in quality. We've been to this establishment approximately 4 times in the past month or two, and it's consistently bad. With more than 6 other fast food places within 2 blocks, you'd think these folks would step up their game. read more

I was at Sonic this evening with my boyfriend & I am not impressed. We have been to this location many times and this is the first time that we have been treated poorly. We ordered our food & it took awhile for it to get to us. The woman that brought us our food told us the credit card machine was down & asked if we had cash on us. We stated we did not and she said she would continue to try to get the card to be accepted. Time went by & my boyfriend tried to give the woman his number & told her to tell her manager to call him in the morning to pay for our food. She gave him a nasty attitude & her manager came out to us. The manager gave us a nasty attitude as well. She told us we had to give the food back. My boyfriend would have came in the morning to pay for the food. She continued to be rude & my boyfriend told her he would call corporate, so she let us keep the food & told us to never come back. I used to work at a fast food restaurant & I am truly amazed they treated us like this. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. I tried to call this location after we left to get their names & the phone would not even ring. I will be sure to get in contact with this location & corporate. So I decided to stop in to this sonic today after a long day at work. Apparently I should have went else where. I got up to the intercom ordered a number 2 COMBO JUST CHEESE AND KETCHUP AND A SPRITE... well they told me it would be like 7 buck and some change ok cool... well I don't even make it to the window the girl brings my food and names reads the receipt to me which didn't sound like what I wanted so I said a number 2 just cheese and ketchup she says yeah well she gives me a bag and no drink she says she'll go get it and will have to add the drink. Um excuse me no my total is 7 something WITH THE DRINK THAT IS WHAT A COMBO IS. Well I look at my food and it has everything but ketchup on it so had to send that back. Finically get my food supposedly corrected look at it and see this is not a double it is a single and also has mustard I once again got the wrong order so I have to turn around and go I told them I just want my money back... well I got back 5 dollars and some change when I paid I gave 8 AND and told her to keep the change... this is the first time I've had my order messed up literally 3-4 times how hard is just cheese and ketchup I won't be going back read more
