The sliced brisket was moist with good smoky flavor, and not fatty at all. The Cole slaw was good, but I wouldn't mind a slightly larger portion. The toasted slice of Texas toast filled up the little last bit of space I had in my stomach. The meats were flavorful, and just what you'd want if you have a taste for BBQ.
