Been a while since we last here. Lunch now of strawberry shake and breakfast burgers, rare prep, and fries. And all is very good. But...$45..!! Is plenty.

Wow would come back here for the fantastic milkshakes. Burgers and sandwiches were great too but the milkshakes take top prize. Fantastic decorations, very welcoming. Staff fast and helpful. We loved our visit and will come back for more milkshakes!

You really can't go wrong with burgers and shakes unless they're not made right. But this is a very popular place and i the meal was extremely well made. Our waitress's name was. TRACEY. We had been traveling long haul for a few days already and she made us feel like we belonged. Her precious smile and her personality made us very welcomed. The ambience is casual. The beer burgers and fries were excellent and the service we got there was perfect..

Early dinner on our last night in Kearney. In the mood for a burger. Husband got a sloppy mushroom burger and throughly enjoyed it. I ordered the poutine It was Ok. Needed gravy cheese sauce didn't do the dish any flavor Our waiter was great. Brought water and gave us time to review the menu and make our choice. Checked back to make sure everything was good and provided us with boxes since we could t eat it all. Great space indoor. Plenty of room between tables which allowed for table conversations. If you are looking for a casual dining place with good size portions of food this is a must stop.

Crispy Cauliflower with sweet chili sauce

Very open and clean brew pub atmosphere, which we enjoyed. Our server seemed to be the manager or owner and she was great. She was friendly, helpful and attentive. In fact, she warned us we had ordered too much food! She was correct! Drink prices for beers and cocktails were very reasonable. My wife had the Crispy Cauliflower ($14) and the Pork Belly Burnt Ends ($14). Either one would have been a meal for 1 person. The Crispy Cauliflower was our favorite. It was lightly breaded/dusted and fried (perfectly fried I might add), and you get your choice of sauce toppings (Spicy Buffalo or Sweet Chili). We went with the Sweet Chili and it was very good. I wish we had asked to have the sauce on the side as it was great without sauce. The Pork Belly Burnt Ends are not Burnt Ends, but they were not bad (a tad dry). More like pulled pork with the crusty top of the pulled pork in my opinion. They sat on a mound of crispy waffle fries sandwiched between them and cole slaw. The Cole Slaw was very good, as were the fries. However, we probably would not order the pork again (regardless of the name). I had the Rancher Burger with American vs. Cheddar cheese. It was excellent and not too filling actually. It comes with their homemade fries and they were delicous. I definitely recommend both. If you find yourself in Kearney Nebraska, give it a try.

    Chicken sandwich and onion rings

The burgers were amazing. The service was flawless. The ambiance was a little nerve racking because the locals were staring at me because I was a person of color. It's too bad because I really loved the food. But I do not want to get into it with Billy bob over the color of my skin.

One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. I had their smash burger, it was fantastic! Cooked just right, very juicy. In town for business, this place is right by the hotel. Service was good, and fast. Looks like a great local hang out too.

Flight #2 w/ truffled onion rings

Stopped off the interstate to gas up and eat lunch. Decided to sit down and relax a few so this place looked intriguing. Had the Flight #2 with truffled onion rings. Wife had the French onion burger and truffled fries. Everything was great and we were so glad to have stopped. I'd recommend this for people passing thru or in area for awhile. Felt like we may have hit the place in between hotel check-ins so it was not busy at the time.

    Flight of Margarita's

Sorry I ate all of everything because it was so good! GOAT burger was amazing, The King Shake was the best I ever had in my LIFE! Wife ordered a flight of Margarita's and a salad. Both were very good. Highly recommend this place. One note, they had an $8.30 up charge for chicken on the salad. Come on guys.

A lunch stop along our road trip. Our server was Melissa. She was attentive and efficient, very friendly and courteous. Tex Mex salad with chicken was outstanding, burger was delicious, skillet of homemade Chili was fantastic (Fritos on top even!). Service was fast. Inside was clean and nicely air conditioned, bathrooms clean as well! Great find near the Kearney Arch, just off I-80!

We saw this restaurant across from our hotel and decide we should give it a try. We had one person in our group who is a vegetarian and saw this restaurant had impossible meat and was excited about your options. The burgers were good, nothing too extra about them. The service was also great, and the place was clean and open. The only issue was $7 extra for an impossible burger patty on a $15-18 burger. Like really? Your burgers are already over priced and I have to pay $7 for a vegetarian option!!! I have traveled all around the US and never seen $7 for a vegetarian option. Think you need to reevaluate your extras on your menu, this restaurant is not vegetarian or vegan friendly for sure.

Fun stop in Kearney! Great atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Unique burgers all sounded delicious and while they were good, I would say a bit overpriced. You're looking at around $15 for a burger/fries, add another $3 for a Gluten Free Bun. I had the Pittsburgh burger with GF Bun ($18.75). Great flavor! Fries were homemade and delicious. They do have a separate GF frier. My husband had the Jalapeño Popper Burger and he said it was just ok (he's a big burger connoisseur)!! We ended with shakes ($7) each and were disappointed with the quality for the price. Pretty runny. Again, it was tasty food, but I wouldn't go again based on cost alone for what you got.

    Crab Rangoon fries
    Haley J.

Great stop right off the interstate in Kearney and near all the hotels. Wow. The churro milkshake, I'll be dreaming about eating that churro until we return. The crab Rangoon fries were a win, most places are either great or miss, and this was a GREAT one! I had the GOAT burger and wow, they loaded it with goat cheese so I really tasted all the flavors. I almost asked for the peppers off but I'm so happy I didn't, they really added an additional flavor to the burger that pulled it all together. I upgraded for $4 to the sweet potato tots. I might do it again for a special occasion, but for $4 I might just keep the fries they came with. Parking lot was tight, not a ton of parking, but the inside did have plenty of seats. Everything was clean and tidy.

I shrugged it off as she was having a bad day. No worries. When she brought the pretzel out it looked as though it was freezer burnt and several years old and shriveled. Tasted like cardboard mixed with rubber. No taste. When this "waitress" returned with my buddies food i mentioned the pretzel was not good. she immediately snatched it off the table, said "Perfect!", walked back to the cash register, grabbed our credit cards we had for our tabs, walked back to our table and said, " i took the pretzel off and im closing both tabs". It was a large space, and despite its positive first impression, we were a little concerned because there were no customers. Perhaps 5:30 on a weekday was too early for the area. It was obvious our server was new because she wasn't too sure about the menu, but she got the answers we needed. The "special" lasagna my wife ordered ended up being unavailable, so she went with the regular lasagna. The presentation and taste of our pasta entrees was very good. I went with the regular-size beef stroganoff instead of the large portion and glad I did because the sauce was heavy and contained a lot of beef. We also ordered their special bread (assorted 4-count) and it came out soft and warm with a delicious spread on the side. I'd definitely recommend checking out Joy's Table if in the area.
