Forgot the meat completely on not one but 2 super sonic breakfast burritos! It was cold right out of the drive thru. The lady and kid was nice. I normally don't leave bad reviews, but this one gets a 1 star. I debated on even going here, guess I shouldn't have. Not happy at all. read more

I usually only go here late at night when nothing else is open and it's after a ballgame or something late my husband and I have gone to. It's decent for a fast food joint. We both ordered grilled chicken sandwiches and they were quite small and over cooked for the price. The tots, which I usually enjoy, looked like someone had smashed up quite a few before putting them in the carriers. Service was pretty quick tonight around 10:45 pm. A lot of high school kids were hanging out in the parking lot. Their breakfast, to me, is one of the better choices on the menu. My favorite thing from Sonic, though is the cheddar peppers. A lot of places use cream cheese in their jalapeños, but Sonic uses this delicious cheddar and dipping them in ranch dressing is the bomb to me!! read more

I know everyone is struggling for workers but we have had several bad trips here. This time, they were out of french fries, chicken strips and mozzarella sticks. The credit card strip at the parking spot was broken, and it took 40 minutes to get our order. One of our items was missing, and it took even more time for them to take our payment. Always ask for ketchup when you order, or expect more time for them to go back and get a couple of packets. May wait a few months to try here again. read more

They were out of just about everything for ice cream. Stupid kid asked for my order and told him.....he never said anything else. Got aggravated and went up to the window and the girl at the window told me my amount. I said the boy that took my order didn't say anything after I gave him my order. She said ok.... It's $8.59. She gave me my two blast that had chocolate and sticky on outside of cup. She have a good night. I asked for a tray.... She looked at me and ok, have a good night. I said I need a tray for the blasts and napkins because the cups have crap all over the outside. She just turned around walked off and came back after laughing and gave me a (meaning one) napkin that had chocolate all over it. Freaking lazy and pathetickids that work there and obviously don't give a crap except for themselves. DONE with this Sonic in Saraland. Asking for a manager would have been useless... they are probably out of those too!!! read more

When asking why the higher price is charged -$5 vs $3 - the response was "I don't know". Not good enough. I stated that was unacceptable, no resolution was offered so I demanded a refund. Here we are again folks. I know I know I know. "I will never come here again". I didn't want to. No intentions of even trying again. But waiting on my son, I figure what the hay, it's been a year surely a couple of limeades and an Oreo milkshake won't be a hard lift for this establishment. Well, of course the milkshake machine "is like down". Fine over a year still the ice cream/milkshake machine is "down". Good ice cream/milkshake machine mechanics are hard to come by I reckon. Fine. No milkshake. Limeades will be fine. Drinks arrive. "Sorry, we do not have cherries, limes or strawberries to put in your drinks, so it's just syrup" Fine, I am not that boujie, I get it. It's sonic. Sugar syrup is what I am getting. Are the "fresh" fruits really going to make a difference? Hell no. But damn. read more

Who doesn't love Happy Hour with half price drinks and slushes?! The cheddar peppers are pretty great for a junk food fix as well!

Our service was poor and slow, our car hop was wearing dirty shoes which made her look very unprofessional and our peanut butter shakes were not shakes they were blasts. We had to ask for spoons because our straws wouldn't even go all the way in the cup, the carhop got them but was unpleasant about it. Then immediately rush off to her vehicle to take care of her personal stuff Apperently. Also the female bathroom was nasty, had toilet paper all over. An employee went in after I refused to use it and was in there nearly the whole time we waited so I thought she may have cleaned it, however, when I checked again still toilet paper all o er. Men's restroom was locked the whole time we waited. We won't stop at this sonic EVER again. read more

I love the drinks at Sonic. Nothing better than a slushie. The food is over priced and most of the time nasty.

I go to this sonic every morning for breakfast and an iced coffee. I get a Route 44 French vanilla iced coffee 5 days a week and have been for about a month now. Recently the last two times I've went the employee working the window, (different than the usual) has told me they do not sell iced coffee in a route 44. Even though I get it everyday. And also the last 2 days she was so heavy on the ice the coffee was gone after about 5 sips of a large. It was like drinking water. I pretty much paid for a large watered down coffee that didn't even taste slightly like French vanilla. Needless to say if this keeps happening I'll be finding a new breakfast spot. read more

My wife and I visited the Sonic in Saraland yesterday. We ordered 2 drinks at 3:13 pm. We waited for 27 minutes and still no drinks. The hostess happened to come out of the building and I raised my hands in the air asking her about the drinks and she said that they were to be out next. 30 minutes for 2 drinks is pathetic. I will never do business there again. read more

People here are always super friendly. I usually only order onion rings and i love them.
