I was so excited for the food and the milkshakes but the food was pretty bad and the shakes tasted so artificial. The slush I ordered never melted so I don't know what crap they had in there. It was in my refrigerator overnight and still wouldn't melt... it wasn't in the freezer. I felt sick after eating their food. Never returning again. Also the ordering experience was not great. I am so hooked on the Coney Dog, that I've recently gone there 2 to 3 times a week recently. It's messy, and almost impossible to eat (make sure you ask for a fork), but it's the best hot dog around! One women threw our food bags into my hands. Both took turns screaming at me when I questioned why my food wasn't delivered when the app said it was. Food was cold because it sat so long. Pulled into the drive thru to an employee standing in it. He walked away. As I sat at the speaker waiting to order, another employee came out, stood next to my car, looked at the order screen, and yelled to the first one that the screen was on. The first one apparently turned it off and asked the second if it was off now. The second one said yes and walked away....was that supposed to be my indication that they are closed? I sat there for a little while longer to see if they would come back around or so I could ask or if someone could help me. Cars were in the car hop spots or whatever they are and it was 6:30 pm on a Tuesday. I don't care if the place is closed, but geez acknowledge I exist so I can leave and not feel like an idiot. Me and my family ordered a good amount of food. We ordered a DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER and only got one burger patty. We ordered milkshakes on a 95 degree day and were told the machine is BROKEN. We ordered a JUMBO POPCORN CHICKEN and it was just breading with no seasoning, bland. Only 6 pieces of chicken came with it which seems like false advertising because you would normally think you'd be getting a large amount of popcorn chicken instead of the pieces being the same size and only getting 6. There were hardly any people there and now I see why. I don't recommend this at all! read more

I don't recommend this place really bad customer service, this morning I went to get a burrito meal and a strawberry shake with my wife, first of all the customer service was horrible the two ladies that were attending me were very rude and disrespectful, they had a horrible attitude towards me and were very unprofessional, and the strawberry shake I asked for was liquid and it didn't really taste like strawberry. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL DONT GO HERE UNLESS U WANNA GET TREATED BADLY, sonic would be better if they get new employees that actually love their job and know how to treat people the way they deserve to be treated. read more

Whoever they have staffed deserves a medal. Their system went down and instead of giving up they're running orders out while working with a limited system. Worst drive thru ever. This is now the 4th time we've tried this place in 3 years of moving to the area. Each time we say "it has to have gotten better" Each time its worse. Yet again, after sitting in drive thru for 20 minutes, all of the cars left. They are always out over everything you want, and it takes 20 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. What is going on here? How is it that difficult that literally EVERY single time come here, the SAME exact thing happens for THREE years? Mind blowing. Just watched 2 more cars leave. read more

First the employees attitude is straight trash. Secondly the food is awful. Management should put effort into hiring employees who are at the bare minimum able to explain what comes on certain food items without the extra sound effects of huffing puffing and eye rolling. Of course, we were miles away before this discovery. Toppings were also wrong. The regular cokes were diet & the diet tasted like it was mixed with maybe root beer or something. I'd give this place 4 stars but traffic light and traffic trying to get here is terrible. They were pretty quick and efficient in getting my food and drink. The food here is just ok, the drinks are really what makes this place great, they have loads of drink selections. And they have frozen limeade!!! Which I of course ordered and it was really good, think of a long lasting limeade slurpee without the slurpee ice chunks. That's what made this epic road trip bearable for me. read more

Crew are very friendly. It is refreshing to see young people that actually seem to be happy about doing their job. All of the food is really good. It does take longer to come out than most fast food places but I am ok with that since it is always hot and freshly made. I would rather wait a bit then get crappy, cold food. The only recommendation that I would make is to find a way to organize the menu better. There is so much on it, it is hard to decide what I want. I didn't count that against this location though, as I am sure that decision is out of their hands. read more

The food is ok. Often times it taste fine but other times it tastes as if it's been sitting under a heat lamp. My family and I have had our orders messed up a few times as well but they are quick to fix it. It's a little tough having to order through a speaker because it's hard to hear the employee inside and vise-versa. Not a fan of the drinks either. The sodas are filled with ice to cover up the fact that they are incredibly watered down. The teas taste god awful as well. That's why we generally avoid buying the drinks unless it comes with a meal deal. Other then that, It's a pretty ok fast food place. A nice change from the norm but I wouldn't go there on a constant basis. I much prefer it as a rare trip that I take from time to time in order to switch up from the norm. read more

Horrible. Ordered cheese fries, grilled cheese sandwich and a cherry slush. Fries were gross, grilled cheese was two slices of bread w one slice of cheese and the slush tasted like cherry flavored pool water. Huge waste of money because I had to throw it all away it was so bad. read more

As far as fast food goes, sonic is one of the better ones. The carhop service is a cute throwback idea. Also, I do love a good limeade!

Then I told her that my coney smelled like it had mustard and asked for no mustard but she insisted that there was none...so what happens there's mustard on it!!!! I've been here a few times. The last two times they have gotten my order completely wrong. I ordered a corndog, chili cheese tots, a rt 44 grape lemonade, and a rt 44 strawberry limeade. I got a chili cheese coney, a watered down rt 44 lemonade, chili cheese tots, and a medium strawberry limeade that tasted like a sprite and nothing else. And when my girlfriend called in to complain and let them know, the manager was very demeaning to her. And that was just the second time. The Restaurant at 755 Kidder St in Wilkes-Barre Store# 6138 did not have any of the food we wanted. They were out of Hotdogs, Popcorn Chicken, onion rings, and other items. The first time I've seen this with any fast food restaurant. The excuse was the delivery truck had not arrived.
