I use to work here and i'm going to give you guys a full warning they be having hair in there candies and whatever falls they still use it either it's food, candy, cones, cups whatever they will still use it. I caught them twice pulling hair out of the candies and they don't wash their hands. And also if you have a peanut allergy they don't clean their mixer at all every shake, blizzards, smoothies literally everything would get used by that mixer. When I went to get my order, I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and ketchup only. My mother ordered a single cheeseburger ketchup only and when the meals were brought over the person bringing the order did not seem so friendly. The food was not done correctly after two returns on both orders the food was done the right way! Nice staff and welcome but no napkins are made available at tables . Toilet paper roll in mens restroom left outside of the dispenser with no TP in dispenser. Floor below urinal soiled. Does not smell clean . Entrance dirty and windows not cleaned . Crumbs on seats of tables . Not busy and no snow so no excuse for a dirty store. Interesting response from Dairy Queen. The website they forward you to asks you to call the store if you have any issues with dining in. If they are saving. Order a chicken sandwich for my son. Specifically said cheese only to the non English speaking person still insisting on letting a painters mask hang half off his face. Reintegrated "no lettuce, tomato, nothing. Just cheese." We received the sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, and extra mayo. Brought it up, no apology just threw it back in the fryer making the chicken hard, reassembled it and said cheese only as he handed it back to me. Fries were pretty good. Impatient drive thru order takers that you can barely understand. The Rotisserie Chicken Bites are tasty, but the last 2 times I ordered them they were still frozen in the center, and everything is way overpriced for what you get. I generally only stop thru bc they're on my way home from work and I liked the chicken bites the first time I tried them, but I think I've had it at this point, everyone there clearly hates their job and everything about the entire establishment screams "bare minimum." read more

It's 9:59pm and you pull in, an employee gives you the sign to stop then a minute later after talking on his head set says they are closed and not serving anyone after the car in front of you. Today was the wife's bday and she loves this place. Well......This place needs a good cleaning. No supervision of any type for the teenage staff. I had a Flamethrower combo which was pretty good. Cooked well, good flavor. My little guy had the $5 meal. He enjoyed it. It's actually rare for him to eat a cheeseburger. My wife's meal was another story. She ordered the 6 piece chicken with fries/drink. I don't know how long this chicken was sitting but it was like trying to chew leather. It took a full tour of restaurant to find a kinda clean table. After the meal, we got a sundae for my little guy to go, I almost wish i didn't. After the girl went out back to milk the cow, she started the sundae. Had to be the slowest service I've ever had for a sundae. To sum it up, i dropped $25 for some fries, a plain cheeseburger, a spicy double cheeseburger, and 6 birds that were in the tanning booth too long! I think we will go to Wendy's next time. read more

Ordered a large mint oreo blizzard, and it was absolutely horrible i couldn't even taste it. It was vanilla ice cream with mint syrup ejaculated all over it, not at all what a mint oreo blizzard should be. If you're in the area, avoid this place and go to the one in Kingston. Although we had ordered previous birthday cakes without problems from here before, this time was unlike those. The last few birthday cakes we had ordered from there were done perfectly, exactly as we had described/exactly like the picture from the Internet. This time we had ordered a zebra print cake done in icing flowers with pink writing on it, but when we went to pick it up they brought out an undecorated white cake. Then as I told the employee that was not what I had ordered, they went in the back and decorated it. When the employee brought the cake back out to show me, it was done incorrectly again, the only details resembling what I had described were it being black and white. I pulled up the picture of what I had wanted on my phone and showed it to them, then they went in the back, decorated the cake again, and then carried it out, this time FINALLY being what I had described.
