I called to have an electrician fix a ceiling fan problem I had in my house. The person I spoke to on the phone got me an appointment quick. I was told the owner was coming. The gentleman showed up and 1. Acres like he didn't want to really be here 2. "Fixed" the problem but didn't fix it very efficiently or the way I explained it, and 3. He case another problem! The fan and light will not turn off!! As soon as I turn the fan and light on, it won't shut off! The remote to the fan isn't functioning properly either.
