They found some wire underground that they decided to tap into for the job and proceeded to run conduit along my wood fence (it was supposed to be along the house and NOT from underground) which was not what we had discussed as the plan for that job. I voiced my concern about how it was done and they came back out and did the job as it was originally planned to do. The whole time the job was being worked on, my windows were open and I could hear the apprentice complaining about having to dig and how the dirt was hard (I get manual labor isn't for everyone, be professional at least) but they "corrected" the work and that was the last I called on them. Fast forward a few years and we have more work being done in our yard only to discover the wire they ran underground to one of the outlets not only was bare once it was in soil (I was under the impression it was run with conduit underground), but also only buried about 4-5" deep in most places. Although Joe has always been nice when he has been here doing work, his staff comes off lazy and incompetent and the work they completed was a HUGE safety hazard we were unaware of. I don't think I'd ever hire these guys again.

ACDC Electrical recently upgraded my electrical panel, and installed an outlet for an EV charger in my garage. Bryan, the owner of ACDC, did an excellent job, including scheduling inspections by the city, and keeping me updated on their pending arrival at my house. Very reasonable pricing! Bryan has also installed recessed lighting in all the major rooms of my house, and a whole house fan that saves me lots of money in the summer! All done with very high quality, professional work. Bryan gave me a quote virtually, came out the next day and installed my NEMA 14-50 plug for my Tesla charger. Bryan was super helpful and answered all my questions.
