Having faced disappointment with prior activity on a listing with a different realtor, I asked Frank to take over the listing right before Thanksgiving in 2020. He immediately understood the Palm Springs market and the value my condo had, given my recent upgrades and our complex's Class 1 Historic District designation. Considering the unit's history of a recent price reduction, Frank strategized on the best marketing plan to stimulate interest in the property -- including new photographs, a quick-fix landscaping solution to open up the view, optimal timing and, of course, the best price to elicit offers. Even with covid restrictions, he personally showed the property to each interested buyer and created a dialogue to engage them. We got four offers in as many days! Even with that success, Frank told me "it's not just about the offer price, it's about the process" and took steps to evaluate each prospect, speaking with each of the buying agents and mortgage brokers. He wanted to ensure the quickest and smoothest escrow process possible -- giving special consideration to the fact that my home had already been on the market for 90 days prior and that the holidays were quickly approaching. Shawn states that the downstairs tenant lived there for 3 years without issue which I do believe was because everyone around her was afraid. I was the only one who stepped up and provided Shawn the video proof of her behavior. From recent information Shawn had removed this tenant from the building where we resided. With this action, I feel my past review was inaccurate in part due to the ongoing harassment of the people living below me. He took action and removed said tenant showing he does care about the safety of those under his rooves. I come from Maine and have never experienced the westside of LB. I was full on frightened. This wasn't Shawn's issue, it was mine, and for that I apologize. Please consider using his services.
