Two minutes into our appointment time Daniel's "cousin " came over and asked us to let him go ahead of us for a 5 minute clean up because he had a wedding. I was already annoyed because we drove almost an hour to come here since my son saw them on TikTok and begged us to come. It is now over 20 minutes into our appointment time and my son is still not being seen. Finally at 12:40 my son was taken. After we were done and walking out we were stopped by Daniel in the parking lot saying he couldn't accept the prepayment and we had to pay cash. Overall this was a terrible experience and not worth the drive from Oceanside. You make a point to be on TikTok and sell an expensive experience it should be worth it. Also considering it's a busy Saturday, the fact that there was no one to check us in or out and keep the stylists in check is bizarre. I am now leaving a review online because they never replied to my email.
