Now, on the store side of things they had some cook home décor and boutique shop type items(purses and jewelry). Really friendly and easy to work with. Prices were reasonable and the store (even in a little bit of disrepair with some active construction going on) was neat, tidy and well organized. I'm guessing once they get everything finalized it will be full steam ahead - and I'd anticipate good things to come for A Primitive Place.

He smarts off and says "well ok then" with a smart tone and a huff. Very childish. I walked around, saw how everything was mostly Chinese junk and left. Not even one star !…read more I am in the middle of worst customer service experience I have ever had! Not only do the customer service reps life the customer services manages and supervisors don't know what the hell they are taking about. Waiting on the 3rd mirror. They keep shipping broken 60" mirrors in boxes with no protection! This is the 5th time I have been on the phone with them for over an hour each time. All they offer is "store credit" lol. If they can't fix their mistake. They won't me to come back and make another purchase with in store credit yet they can't fulfill the order I gave placed. Weeks ago!! Wow folks the lies keep coming. Bed bath & Beyond customer service is a freaking joke. First I'm unreasonable because I have expectations that they should hold up their end of the deal.
