A few days later, she was already on it and wanted to book reading so she sent a message on the website asking to use her gift card and ... no answer. So she sent another email but with a link, which we were sent in our email - still nothing. I then went on her website and found a phone number and texted her, she got back to me right away about having a family emergency but told me we can book via text. I set it up and asked her how to go about it, what to bring, etc - no answers on what to do. A zoom link was sent to my Mom saying "zoom meeting in progress" literally at that moment I was texting - NOT right before the date - it could have been a little more professional - maybe explain and confirm the date/time and copy/paste the link there not just send FROM zoom? I texted her a photo of what we received. No response, of course. The day of the reading we were waiting on a NEW link because I asked if she sent the link - to which she responded "Of course, I am in here waiting..." uhh what? Compassion? Nope. You sent the link the DAY BEFORE so obviously, THAT link is dead now. She sent it again. And my Mom was able to get in, OF COURSE. The last section of this bad part is literally ON HER WEBSITE it says "all readings are recorded" - I am going to upload the photo from the website - but my Mom asked afterward and she sent a text saying SHE needed to push accept to record on her OWN!!! What is that?!? How unprofessional, this is YOUR business, we aren't supposed to "remember" to do it for something I PAID YOU FOR!! So now we have no recordings... thanks a lot for ruining what was supposed to be a great experience for her - man, it's a good thing she took SOME notes... The 'good' part - she put my Mom at ease for her loved ones that came through, and she definitely knew things that no one else would know outside of our family, so she's definitely legit - just needs to work on her professionalism. I wanted to get another certificate for my Dad for Father's day but NOT from this one... Never again!

Then started Zoom. That was Pt. 2, 9mins. Then I asked my Qs, which was Zoom Pt. 1, Jan tested the Zoom recording and hit record, which reading was less than 1 hr. I took notes [belt + suspenders type gal]. Jan put my Visa thru the next day. Told me Zoom recordings would be emailed to me within a day or 2. However it took several back + forth emails over 4 days for the Zoom recordings. I opened up Pt. 2, which came first, Pt. 1 came a day after that. Pt. 2 audio was fine. Finally got Pt. 1, = wouldn't allow access! Discovered the operator, Jan, made a mistake and used a wrong email address, which never happened before and not an email I've ever used. Right email on Pt. 2, wrong email on Pt. 1. Jan wouldn't admit she made the mistake, instead accused me. I emailed her: fix it, or call Zoom. She wouldn't do either, and wouldn't give me company contact info so I could contact them. But she made sure she got her Visa payment $$$, even tho I only got 9 min., and still waiting to hear the nearly 1 hr. Part 1, the one with all my Qs. to ask about my husband who passed 2/6/26. She refused to tell me how much she charged when I asked 3x. Had to call Visa for the answer: $170.00! Her last email to me, days later -- testily complaining she had counted 11 emails from me about this. I replied that she reacted thruout unprofessionally, more surprisingly wouldn't help me, her client, and further these were not the actions of a friend with a conscience. A professional in any business would refund my money because I after all did not get a complete Zoom reading which was purpose after all, she made a mistake and wouldn't own up, because it was the right thing to do and because I live entirely on Soc.Sec., like, I'm not rich or middle-upper. I guess her greed got in the way. Yes, I took notes, and glad I did, but I wanted the recording. That was what I paid for. She refused. And yesterday I received in the mail from her my Visa receipt in the amount of $170! The effrontery! Not only that but aggressive and insulting disrespect. She I liken to a fraud and a swindler. And a fair weather friend. Told her from the beginning I would not let this go. And if anyone has info. on Zoom CEO contact info., please email me. Even my computer man doesn't know. Too powerful computer man all but said. Hey, no one is above any of us, not in America or elsewhere. Buyer beware. Get the goods, then payment. Thanks.
