They removed the former bricks, dug down and put a base down. Then they graded everything to make it level. The next step was to put the bricks down and add more bricks to go all the way to my patio. They added large river rock which I really wanted. They were extremely professional and did an awesome job. I am so happy with how it looks, it is fantastic! Stone Arch Landscapes and Alex completed a project for me in 2022, and within a couple of months…read morethe retaining wall started leaning, and the pavers dropped along the wall. This wall is now out of plumb by 3-1/2" over a 4'-0" area, so out of plumb by almost 1 inch per foot. The pavers have large 1/2" plus gaps in this area, and there is concern that this wall is going to fail, and will fall. Alex has been notified numerous times each year about this issue, and he has refused to respond or answer my calls, texts or emails, he is ignoring the problem. When looking back, Alex failed to acquire a permit or to notify the city, which is required with any wall that is over 4'-0" in height, and he did not complete an engineering review which is also a requirement for walls of this height. Because of the lack of response from Alex and his refusal to warrant his work, I am forced to get quotes to repair and will need to pursue legal means to resolve the issue. Beware.

Paid via Zelle. - Cut up logs and stumps with a chainsaw and used a tarp and wheelbarrow to move all the stuff across half an acre. - Polite, expedient, considerate.
