The proprietor is accommodating, friendly, patient, and helpful. She understands her customer base and isn't just a shop owner, but also a crafts-person herself. My wife and I visited two days in a row and bought some really fun stuff. :) And if you don't know how to make your own beaded jewelry, the proprietor will help you or happily make it for you for no additional charge.
