And they work all day. They deserve what they charge. If you're looking for TOP notch detailing, they may provide other services for a deeper clean. But this would be ideal for a once or twice a month service, because drive through car washes don't do much in my opinion. Plus, hand drying it and vacuuming on my own, isn't really worth the time and effort. Especially in comparison to a nice "self service" car wash. Most of them charge between $10-$20 dollars anyway. There's an employee named Jackson who has shown me nothing but unprofessionalism on more than one occasion. A while back he mishandled my membership and I ended up being charged double. I let it go, thinking mistakes happen, but now it's clear it wasn't just a one time slip up. Today I pulled in and noticed Jackson parked his personal car in a stall meant for paying customers. When I brought it up respectfully, his response was rude, unnecessary, and flat-out disrespectful. That's not how you talk to someone who supports the business and pays for service. What makes it worse is that there are employees like Julian who represent Sparkle the right way. Julian has always had great customer service professional, respectful, and consistent. So I know it's not the company itself that's the problem, it's the fact that Jackson feels untouchable enough to treat customers however he wants. If management values their brand, they'll address this quickly. It's embarrassing to see someone like that wearing your logo and pushing away paying customers while people like Julian are out here actually making the place look good.

Then the older gentleman said that the estimate was $200 I was confused since they told me over the phone that it would range from $150-$200. Then the labor guys said the areas weren't bad at all. Since they had already arrived and I really needed my car clean I said go ahead. The $200 included the 2 areas only the 2 areas nothing else not a wipe down not a full clean of the vehicle, nothing! My husband is extremely upset that I agreed to pay that much for such a poor job done and noticed the doors and console had not been cleaned. The car still smells like vomit and the areas look crusty. After paying on the link I tipped the men, because I used to work in the tipping industry so I always tip. They have three tiers of car wash and I ended up getting the second one ($15 value). They accept card which was nice. Before you enter the drive through car wash, there are 2 workers who spray the car and scrub it down a bit. Then it goes through the car wash (not too long but gets the job done). Upon exiting the car wash, there's also 2 workers who hand-dry your car with towels, and the car wash tier I purchased comes with tire shining (even my partner commented on how shiny my tires were and asked where I got my car wash haha) ! I felt that the workers here definitely deserve a tip. To give them a tip, just roll down your window after they hand-dry and the guy closest to the driver's window will collect it. I also used their vacuums as well which work really really well. Strong suction and no complaints there. They also have an air gun too behind the vacuums too so be sure to make use of that. There's only about 6 stalls for vacuums but every time I went, there's always been an open stall!

It tells me that you believe it's better to call me a liar than to simply look for ways to improve your customer experience. Your manager including the attendant who handles payment, Felipe told me there was a $37 charge to buff my car. No one offered it at a discount or for free. No one was polite in their exchange of information. The dents were not present after the silver wash when all the "dirt and dust" was washed off my 9 month old car, but they were present after your manager buffed it. Your manager did refuse my tip, and he did ask me to leave. As you were not there on site personally, taking the word of people under your employment as fact is comical, and you should consider in the future that instead of calling your customers liars, you might do more to preserve your reputation and customer retention with compassion than with vague insults. Additionally, how dare you attempt to make this a "racial" issue. Your workers are hispanic. They speak Spanish. I speak Spanish. I am white. These are facts, not opinion. Stating them is not "inciting racial tension". It's irresponsible of you to even imply that.
