Using the car wash on Saturday, a car stopped inside of the tunnel in front of me because the sign did not say go. It said wait he waited. I hit the back of his car and damaged the front of my car. This place seems to get worse every time I come. The 3 lanes available are NEVER open, the kiosks only work with a helper most of the time - they need to have your RFID tag open the gate as soon as you pull up without interaction! It's never been like that here and it's super lame as a man er you have to interact with a kiosk that rarely works. Also they're ALWAYS out of supplies ie wipes and air fresheners. Today they seem to have literally only 2 employees running the whole place, which is no wonder- I wouldn't want to work her either. Had a bad experience back in October with assistant manager SAMANTHA , due to that I cancelled my membership. I had the manager reach out to me and said that he would give me a "free" month of the services, ( I think I only went twice during the "free" month) ... But after that I realized that I was still getting charged for two months after that .. I went in to talk to the manager but he was not there at the moment, an employee took my information and pretended to cancel my membership on the computer. He told me that once the manager is back he would be contacting me .. ... Hmm no he didn't .. so I went home and checked on the membership my self.. and yeah he didn't cancel it so I went ahead and cancelled it myself . I sent an email to the manager just to catch him up on the situation since he didn't reach out to me ... He told me the machine could only use credit cards that day, so I gave him my card. I never realized that he put me on the program for $19.99 monthly for a free wash. The Desert Inn location used to be great. Now its a dry wash. This wash always left soap streaks on the side mirrors and water spots on the car. So you would always have to pull into the vacuum stalls and use their supply cleansing cloth too wipe down your car. However, the majority of the vacuum hoses are no longer working. Then the sprayer for the tire bright stopped working a couple weeks ago. And today there wasn't even wash water! I repeat, no wash water, only dry bristles! No tire spray water. Only rinse water. Not great on the paint job! They have also removed access to the Cleansing cloths. So you have to bring your own stuff to clean your interior. And the two handicap spots are always taken up by non-handicap patrons. I cancled my membership. There is a new WOW car wash down the street. read more

When I was entering the car wash after completing my payment in the self-service machine, when the machine told me that I could go ahead and enter the car wash, I drove in. There were many cars in front of me that did not allow me to enter completely, and the gate hit my car in the back, causing several scratches. I filed, an incident report, but the manager, Jeremiah, refused to provide insurance information so I could file a report with the car wash insurance company and also he refused to provide the director's information. In the past 6 months the service has completely changed. If you were a member you used to get a drying towel, now they are not even available to use. Come here if you don't mind risking your car bcs they are not going to do anything to protect you or your car. I've seen 1 accident & multiple almost accidents bcs the people who work here don't care abt anything but volume and don't train their people abt how much space to put between the cars coming into the washer. Which means that you are at the mercy of the person in front of you- if their car doesn't start up (or they get confused & don't know how to get their car out), they won't move out of your way. And bcs the car wash is cheap (meaning with how they treat you, not with how much they charge you), they don't post anybody at the end to hit a stop button, so if there's a problem, the machine tries to push your car into the car in front of you. If you manage to hit your brakes enough to not hit the car in front of you at first, the machine keeps moving the car behind you into you and then you'll hit the car in front of you anyway. All of which could be avoided if more space was put between cars or if a 2nd person was stationed at the opening to push a stop button, but again, the car wash is cheap and only cares abt volume. So those poor people who get into wrecks are stuck dealing with wrecked cars and however their car insurances decide to handle it- after all, it is essentially a rear-ending, right? Even if it is a machine moving your car into the car in front of you & that car should have moved out of the way, you chose to put your car into this unsafe car wash, so how liable are you going to be?? But they do get a couple of stars bcs the machine does a nice job & the self-clean vacuums are good. read more

I've been coming to this car wash since it opened years ago, and have seen a vast variety of staff come and go. As of the last few months, the customer service had gotten pretty bad, especially under the handling of the previous manager who was rude and was side hustling while on the job. Now, it's great to see that Jonathan is back and managing the car wash again, what a huge difference!! He definitely goes above and beyond his normal duties to make sure that customers are being taken care of, that the place is being cleaned up, and that everything is being run smoothly. He's nonstop between training, customer service, cleaning and making sure that everything goes well. I hope that they leave him permanently at this location as he definitely has turned the car wash around within just the last couple of weeks. I have car washes closer to me but I go out of my way to go to this one. It's clean and well kept up. I've only ever done the $3 wash which does the job for me! It's such a good deal they do get pretty long lines at peak times to get into the wash, but they usually have an attendant there to help the line moving. There's lots of free vacuum stations and you don't need to get a wash to use the vacuums so they can be crowded as well. The vacuum pressure can be hit or miss so you may need to move your car to find a good vacuum. For the value, it's worth it. read more

DON"T get sucked in to their DEALS. I joined on 12/9/23 for 8.00 at the car was on Flamingo near Rainbow in LAS VEGAS,NV thought it was a great deal. Surprisingly On Dec 9 my card was charged 19.99 I was not told this would happen.. On Dec 10 I emailed them and said I wanted to cancel as I was not expecting this I would prefer to just get my car washed on a as needed basis( which would probably be twice a month if that). They sent email back saying I was cancelled. I emailed back asking where is my refund. NO RESPONSE. Went to car wash today, my expiration date is 2/9/24, for for Ultra Express Club , whatever that is. I do not recommend this !! I was captivated by the $3 car wash sign from the road. I opted for the ultra Shine $14.99 which is the everything included. The line was not too bad, it went down fast, the vacuums were pretty busy. I paid at the kiosk and went thru. I guess the name for each service matches the color i.e. purple rain, is soap that is purple when you drive through, etc. I was kind of excited lol. Anyways, went through and I didn't get the colors and bells and whistles. I just had the soap (with no purple) and thats about it. It didn't even rinse my car. I was upset and had to look for an attendant. When I found someone, I was like, I just need a rinse on my car, there's soap streaks because the machine didn't do it's job. (I knew I needed a full wash again to get the dried soap streaks out). The worker was just like, "oh, it's been malfunctioning." I say ok, can I speak to someone who can do something about it or refund me my money. The manager or lead comes out and says "we can put you through the wash again but there's no guarantees because of technical difficulties and we're just gonna rinse it." By this point I feel like I just threw money down the drain. They were still letting people in although it's been malfunctioning. I go around again and the worker is doing his bug spray thing and guiding me in. Now I'm seeing all the lights and purple rain, bells and whistles,etc. It worked for me the 2nd time around. Although I had to go around again and speak my truth, I'm glad they gave me a complete wash (which I paid for anyway) to fix the problem.
