It's a small waiting area but you're not waiting long because each time I've gone, they're usually running no more than 5 mins behind (or early). They're not pushy with products and trying to up sell you add-on services. They're very thorough with their approach. Bekah reviewed the questionnaire I completed and also asked questions to clarify a few items. Based on that, she made recommendations. Services I've had at Rising Willow: Brazilian sugaring, forest meadow facial. I've also bought a few products as well from the Blissoma line they carry. To sum it all up...it's a win for me! My wife reported the was too hot to start. When peeling off the wax, Chelsea seemed inexperienced and couldn't peel the wax in one swipe. She kept yanking the on the wax and tearing it prematurely. She asked my wife if she moisturized, but my wife knows not to moisturize before a wax as she has been getting waxed for years. Ultimately, my wife couldn't sleep that night and woke up with a lot of red bumps all around her vaginal area. Spots where it look like she was burnt. She had to go to urgent care for treatment.
