I was in and out pretty quickly. The only downfall is that I have an antique bed which is a full size and mattress companies are not making full sizes. He was able to get two special ordered for me (might as well get both beds a new mattress at this point) and he apologized it would be a two week wait - I have no choice so I can wait. The next day he called me and asked for measurements on my bed frame to ensure the foundation size I had ordered would still work. Not many people would do that and that extra detail did not go unnoticed.

Found one we liked in the medium firmness, bought the 365 program membership and a mattress cover so that everything was under "warranty" (whatever that means for them). The woman told us that it would be firm at first but overtime it would soften. Told us to rotate it to help break it in. We had the mattress delivered and installed. For a while we were uncomfortable but remembered what she said about it breaking in and rotating it. Fast forward 7 months and my husband is having chronic neck pain due to the matters being too firm. At this point we had had enough of the discomfort so I called to see about an exchange (since it was under "warranty") and the man on the phone confirmed we had the firm option for our selected mattress. My husband and I were GOBSMACKED!! No way on planet earth at 6 months pregnant would I select a FIRM mattress. The customer service guy gave us all the info to get started on the exchange. We get a call saying the restock fee is, "typically $800 but they'll only charge us $400." Obviously frustrated that I'm paying basically a car payment for a mistake made by the sales rep, I call customer service, the man on the phone tells me that typically if it was at fault of the sales rep, we won't be charged a restock fee but he needed to send me to mattress services. The mattress services woman tells me that because we didn't complain directly after the "30 day break in period" there's no proof that we were unhappy that we received the wrong mattress. I tried to tell her time and again that we were listening to what the sales rep told us about waiting for it to break in. Then she said because we failed the check the receipt or the law tag, we have to pay the restock fee like everyone else. Is everyone else getting sent the wrong mattress too??? Doesn't make any gosh darn sense to me. So now we are having to pay a $400 restock fee because I had to much trust in the sales woman. Only positive is that they weren't pushy in the store.

This entire experience was terrible. From being rudely greeted at the front, to the sneaky sales…read moreassociate adding a membership that I didn't want and to the inability to deliver the furniture. To begin, when I arrived, the person at the front asked what I was looking for. When I wasn't exactly sure, I did quickly mention a price range. His response was that the store couldn't help get me anything. Mind you, my price range wasn't fixed, but a recommendation. However, he basically said they couldn't help me. I don't know why I continued in, but I did. By the time a sales associate came to help me, we were able to find something that fit my needs. Now, most importantly was the delivery date. To fit my needs, my options were actually limited to a not preferred option. Well, I went with it because it was more important to get the furniture quicker. During the checkout process, i signed the forms they gave me and wasn't too concerned with the details until I got home and read the receipt. The receipt revealed that I was being charged $300 for delivery and set up. However, $160 was merely for a membership program to the store. I didn't want a membership program and shame on me for not looking and realizing that I was getting charged $300 for the delivery of a $400 piece of furniture. When I called and talked to them about this, they explained it all and I thought, it was OK because at least I was getting the furniture quickly as I needed beds for two foster children that were already at my house. I continue to have questions and try to reach out to the sales associate, and he stopped picking up my phone calls and stopped responding to my text messages, I think because he didn't want to help me anymore. When I finally called the store and asked to speak to the sales associate, instead of calling him directly on the number that he gave me on his business card, When I was connected with the sales associate, he said he wasn't going to do the refund process and I could just refuse delivery. I was trying to change and get a refund on the additional mattresses as someone in my family had a mattress I could have and I didn't need to purchase a new one.Then on the delivery day, the delivery people showed up with no beds and said the beds could not be delivered for some time because they were on backorder. So, so, yes, I had mattresses for the girls to sleep on, on the floor the bedframe, which was not my preferred bedframe, was more expensive than I had wanted to spend, and at a store that had been rude and unwelcoming to me from the beginning, When the bedframe couldn't be delivered for some unknown time, I decided to at that point tell them I didn't want them to come back and I would not like to just work a refund. I will, however, command the delivery guys for their honest and compassionate nature, their sincerity, and their apology for not being able to bring it. I would also like to command the people customer service who worked the refund for me because they were very kind and compassionate as well. However, this store gets a one star, and if I could give it less, I would because everybody from the greeter to the sales associate and the store itself for telling me they could deliver something and hiding the fact it was actually on backorder, was completely lackluster, and by the way, that sneaky membership program, I still have it, because I can't get a refund on it. No pictures to add, because I didn't get anything. This store has gone downhill and I do not recommend it.
