Multiple times we told them they need to call our tenants to work with their schedule. Nope, always called us. When the job was finally done the morons blew little shards of glass EVERYWHERE rather than vacuuming them up. We had to have someone come out 2 times try to clean up the mess they made. Also dinged up the trim during the installation process and put a hole in our tenants yard swing. We were actually shocked they called to get final payment before any of this was taken care of. We will never have dealing with them again.

Here is an excerpt from the email I sent to them, which went unanswered: - Originally I was quoted a discount price on the dryer vent cleaning that I was told was a greater discount than the military discount. At the completion of the service, the dryer vent discount was not offered and so I paid more for the service. - I was also told that the service would take approximately 3 hours to complete, and then was told by the technician that arrived that it take approximately 2.5 hours. He was done in 75 minutes and appeared to be in a hurry. No explanation was given as to why the work was done early. - There was dirt and debris located in every room after the technician left. I spent almost an hour vacuuming floors and furniture to clean up the mess left behind. - The brand new filter was still accumulating large pieces of dust and dirt after the service was completed. I was told the vents were completely cleaned. Disappointed to say the least....

I would want no one to experience what this company has put my business through, we signed a…read moremaintenance agreement for three years and it was one of the worst experiences in business. They gave us a reasonable price on the monthly contract but every time they came out they were telling us more things needed to be fixed that was not covered under the agreement. In less than 3 months they were wanting over $15,000 in additional repairs, every visit they would find more things that should be replaced. I had ended the contract early but they took me to court to collect the remainder of the contract, we ended up settling with them because legals fees were getting to high.
