Two "kids" came out - took dryer apart - i made it clear only wanted diagnosis. Said needed new control panel and door latch and estimated over $200. I told them not now, I would get back to them - they said would charge another $39.95 if had to come back. Ok, so then told me that they had installed "the only available local part" control panel already to confirm problem. They then removed the so-called "part" (I didn't see them install it), and left. When I went to check the dryer, it would not power-up at all - nothing. The dryer worked fine (all cycles) except for no heat. Now nothing at all. I called the Couer D Alene # (owner) and left message re: above. No one called me back at all. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service and I smell a less-than-honest approach to how they do business. Steer clear of this company.

I was totally amazed at the speed and quality of his work on these two very, very old machines. I was even certain he could do anything to make them run well again. One was an old, steel body Montgomery Ward/Kenmore machine, and the other was a steel body Singer. Both are like new! Yay for led machines and a big judo to the man who knows how to fix them!
