Before disappointment could set in the door swings open and Jill, the owner is standing there with a big grin saying : "You need to shop?". Cabot signs all over making it know they're an official retailer of Cabot cheese but then no different than a grocery store selection. They have miles of maple syrup to select from but you pretty much just have to blindly choose one since you can't taste any samples. Was really excited about this place but a letdown for sure. May not be any fault of theirs, but I would skip this shop for one that allows samples unless you know what you're buying.
