Before leaving this negative feedback I called the salon just to confirm that Vicky had not been involved in some serious situation that caused her to miss the appointment (no call from the salon with a sorry or explanation). I was told that Vicky had finally returned at around 2:00PM and she had been "delayed in traffic". I do not sure know why Vicky did not call to let anyone know she was running this late.
