There was a fire this summer and now they are in Bradley Fair. For many years I purchased their services and products and I had joined a program where I received money back to apply towards services. A few weeks ago I tried to use these funds towards my service as I had accumulated several hundred dollars. I was told records of these funds were lost in the fire so I was sol but I could join the new program for $20. I realize its only $20 ,but since they lost several hundred dollars it seems unreasonable to ask me to pay $20 for the NEW program. I stated this but no one really cared.
