Yes, I asked for 2 letters to be written for debts owing to the estate, and when I saw the completely shoddy letters, I decided that they were too unprofessional to use, so I didn't ask for them to be sent to the recipients. I then got a bill 6 months later for $650. Now, magically the bill is over $745 with no explanation. These guys are BAD NEWS! Stay away!
