UHauls were all booked around that time, so you're amazing realtors collected more money from me letting me know they had a friend who does dump runs. This office produced lots of extra unnecessary work for themselves to make a good business out of my case. They triple charged me with bills that shows they work on my case 75 hours per week! I experienced lots of harassment and bullying from them to pay their account. She breached our payment plan agreement and put unbearable financial pressure on in the time of venerability.

I ended up representing myself and she finally offered 250k. plus agreed to waive child support. when access to my kids was denied this man was too busy to even write the other counsel a letter. you can have fun wasting your money if you want. he basically abandoned me. to this day I don't think he realizes I have spoken to the law society and there are lawyers that specialize in going after other lawyers for legal malpractice. he took $20 000 of my money and in the end sent the police to my house because I threatened to take him to court. him and his wife both enjoyed having me attend his house and do odd jobs for him and in the end he just betrayed me and lost patience for my case. he is nothing more than a law student a few years fresh out of school. he has made mistakes that I may never be able to correct. he released too much information to the other side which they ended up using against me. he wouldn't listen to me when I tried to warn him. I hired a senior counsel from Toronto who also tried telling him the same thing after it was too late but I trusted him just because he was cheap. trust me you get what you pay for. people who praise him have no idea what he's really all about. doesn't return emails basically everyday for him it's just money money money retainer retainer retainer. you really think he's going to lose any sleep over years of your hard work or your children's future? I will never forget how this man hurt my family and my children. he will be VERY lucky if I don't start court action against him but thesedays I'm too emotionally distraught over the loss of my children to start anything. he has no idea how much evidence I have in prior emails if I ever choose to take legal action against him. what goes around comes around. life has taught me not to be angry anymore. but the law is there to protect people like us just as much as it is to protect lawyers. they should call them "liars" not lawyers. because all they know how to do is lie. they actually believe their own lies. never again will I trust another lawyer. thanks to him I've learned how to do my own motions and represent myself. And I've been telling this lawyer let's go in front of a judge even before that he refused to, and now, I have to wait until March or April to get a court conference in front of a judge. Very dishonest he wasn't working for me. He was working for the other side. And then trying to grease his buddies pockets realtor trying to sell my house for nothing and not caring about where I am going to be living. And I told this lawyer from day one that I wanted to keep my home and still wanted to try to sell it with his friend as the realtor to someone else for less than what I offered. That's some backwards deal. I'll never trust this lawyer some shady stuff going on with his lawyer. I could've been done my court case in July for family court instead they want to prolong it to make more money stating that they're talking to the other side. trying to negotiate yet they keep asking every month for money for what for talking when we could've gone to court and resolve this issue in front of a judge. I used this firm to do the legal work when selling my house. The lawyer presented me with a bill…read morethousands of dollars more than expected, and when I asked for it to be itemized, I was ignored for four months until I took it to the partners. Again, it took two more months and numerous emails before I received a proper reply. He charged me $500 twice for meetings he had (but never informed me of) with other lawyers in his own firm and still left another $1500 unaccounted for. Gary Keller and this firm will never be recommended to anyone ever.
