They aren't perfect in execution or timelines as mentioned before but have always been fair in taking care of customers in my opinion. As a result I will continue to do business with them. I would rather deal with a business that while not always perfect, is perfectly honest and fair in how they fix mistakes. After paying $240 for three demos I decided on a pair to buy. Unfortunately, by that time they were out of stock on the pair I wanted. I was told they would get them in the fall. Late in the fall I called to ask if they had them in stock. They said yes. I said great. I will come in and buy them. " I get $240 off of the purchase price, right?" They said wrong! That was only for last year's models. I explained that last year's model I wanted to buy was out of stock and I was told you would have them in the fall. They refused to honor the deal. Btw, my wife and I both bought our ski boots here and we are happy with them. The young guys here that work the floor are great. The decision not to honor the discount came from management. I will never shop here again.
