She fixed our leak, put in new copper pipe and put in a new handle for our shower. Added shut off valves so we could shut the water off if we ever have problems again. Her work is impeccable. This is the 2nd time we have had them out to do something for us and we cannot explain enough how grateful we are. Not only do they do a great job but they are friendly, polite and answer any questions you may have. No question can you ask that is too silly to them and they explain things to you if you don't understand it. The person took contact information and told me the technician would be there within 15 minutes. Gabe showed up, identified the problem (dirty flame rod) and had us up and running within 30 minutes.
