Quality is unquestionable. When he shows up and actually works he does good work. But he doesn't…read moreshow up over 50% of the time. He also doesn't communicate. He started a few small-ish projects in my 1860's house last fall and they're stIll not complete. Over the course of the months he's been working on this job he doesn't show up for WEEKS at a time, he doesn't respond to texts or phone calls, and in fact I'm about to get lawyers involved. Cannot and would not recommend him. He tells you whatever he thinks you want to hear then just does what he wants. Right now he's supposed to be finishing some trim painting in a couple rooms downstairs and installing a doorknob on a set of French doors. This time it's been two weeks since he's been here and he simply hasn't responded to texts or calls. Simply put, don't use him. You'll regret it.

Daniel worked with our schedule, showed up on time, and kept us updated every step of the way. What really stood out was how easy he made the whole process. Hopefully we won't need any further repairs, but if we did we'd be calling DH Home Services again for future projects.
