POOR customer care (although Brian brags about that very thing on their website.) As a result of their dropped ball (its now post May holiday & the trees leafed out weeks ago) we will hire their competitor to treat our Ash trees, AND continue to advise others NOT to use Carr's.

John and his crew were phenomenal! They came out in a timely manner and went above and beyond…read moretaking care of our needs. We had recently moved into a new house, with some much needed tree trimming and removal. We did not know exactly what we wanted done, but we provided John with the basics and he took care of the rest. He informed us of his recommendations before hand, and let him and his amazing crew do their thing. Our yard looks amazing! They not only trimmed trees, removed trees and ground up stumps, they cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess. They even took the time as they were working to talk to us and explain everything they were doing and why. We have a tree that would die if trimmed in the hot weather (we had no idea), so John said he would come back this winter to trim that one! The professionalism, courtesy and knowledge shown by the entire crew was second to none, and we will never use anyone else for future jobs

Barry Rosenau, owner of Quality Tree Service is rude and a theif! He tore up my yard a couple of…read moremonths ago, and then after I billed him for the cost to fix my yard, he billed me again for trees he never even cut down! Carr Tree service was the one that fixed my yard AND trimmed my trees. Stay far away from Barry, and call the police if he assaults you like he did my friend.
