Kept me updated, located at a marina with a lift so I was able to boat there instead of having to drag the boat over with a trailer. Pricing was fair, they use authentic parts, warranty their work. They won't sell you on repairs you don't need or can put off. When contacting them, think doctor's office - busy, might take a day to get back to you - as they are often off-site. But good luck finding someone good who will turn your boat around in Miami in 1 or 2 days without costing you an arm and a leg.

I've used them to upgrade my audio equipment, upgrade the wiring/electronics on my two Mercury outboards and countless other repairs. They've been extremely patient with myself and my father, who isn't the easiest to work with. I've brought up repairs and they've flat out told me I didn't need them, even though they would have made more money by doing so (ended up being something else). Years later, my boat is still running strong and I can't help but to credit it to these guys. I even had issues once after a repair (because of my own dumb fault) and Johnny personally came to my house to check out the boat, which ended up being entirely user error. Fact is... boats are expensive and they'll always need repairs. At least with these guys you know you're only paying what you have to. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Tonny did a quick preliminary check and advised he could not tell me what the issue was without taking the motor apart. It could be as simple as a loose connection or as expensive as replacing the board. A couple of days later, I received a call from Tonny. He advised the issue was caused by a loose connection and my motor was ready. He replaced a few cosmetic parts and charged me for one hour labor. I was amazed by Tonny 's honesty and professionalism.
