Also, this is the only Starbucks which I've ever seen where there is no copy of the New York Times. It's crewed by the students of Texas A & M Kingsville. That means they're friendly but clueless. Generally, there is either a large line and too few staff or lots of staff fooling with their smartphones and few customers. Interesting business model. It would be welcome to see an off-campus cafe, where good quality coffee and a stabuckian atmosphere were possible. However, this is Kingsville, and so it's unlikely that this will ever occur.

Upon entering, you can feel the nice vibe of the store, with a kind of rustic feel. The floor really stands out, as it looks like tile at first glance, but I believe it's slab that is painted/printed with a neat pattern. My bride ordered the seasonal "Salty Bear", which she absolutely loved. There was a steady flow of customers coming through while we enjoyed our beverages. Played a couple rounds of Go Fish with the kiddos and then it was back to Houston we went. No better way to end our Corpus visit. Absolutely recommend.

I got a 12oz which is not available in most places for iced lattes so I was pleasantly surprised! The barista was nice at taking my order and let me say, this place is popular! It was packed the whole time we were there. Seems chill to study or hang. I also bought a shirt! They sell their beans which I find amazing.
